You know, 'hate' is such an over used word these days that I think it's starting to lose its impact. We hate this or that, we hate the new tv show or that politician or the way that dress looks on me or whatever. Many times we use it so casually when we really mean 'don't like'. So I can't really say I hate murray and all of his tricks. What I can say is I loathe, detest and abominate him, his face, his name and anything to do with him and if I saw him bleeding on the side of the road, I would keep walking.

thanks. so murray changed his story after the prelim whe the pros show showed of their evidence. he goes to these experts and gives his new statements knowing that they can testify to this without murray having to be cross examined. just like like normal hes changing his story every two minutes to try and fit it around the pros case. just like sneddon did.

so this ruling will kinda depend on whether murray testifys or not. if he doesnt then the experts cant talk about what he told them ie the new statements so their testimony is basically redundant as they have nothing to testify about or if murray testifys these experts can only testify after him and give an opinion on his testimony not his previous statements and maybe by that point he will have changed his story yet again so the experts will be used to impeach him.

Hope the judga Pastor, will see , and I think he already knows, the true face of this killer.

To change every week of version, it's just unbelievable.

He doesn't know what to do, so he changed his story like he wants.

Life is not fair. How a bastard like this can still work ? Pffffffff!

yeah so far the judge seems to give the impression he knows what a bleeper murray is. ive lost count of the amount of time hes called the defences games fishing experditions but u can never tell. to me these evidence hearings are almost as important as the actually testimony. such rulings can change the course of a trial.

Prosecutors in the upcoming trial of Michael Jackson’s personal physician want to show jurors video of the pop star singing and dancing hours before his death.

In papers filed Tuesday in L.A. County Superior Court, the prosecution said the rehearsal video captured by a documentary film crew shows Jackson as an “active, energetic 50-year-old,” countering suggestions by Dr. Conrad Murray’s lawyers that the singer was in a desperate state of mind and caused his own death.

The footage of Jackson performing “The Way You Make Me Feel” two days before his 2009 death and “Earth Song” the evening before show he “was actively involved in preparing for his upcoming tour ... and that he had every reason to want to live,” wrote prosecutors David Walgren and Deborah Brazil.

Judge Michael Pastor is to take up the request and other evidentiary motions Thursday at a hearing.
Murray is to go on trial next month for involuntary manslaughter in Jackson’s fatal overdose from the surgical anesthetic propofol. He has said through his attorneys that the music legend gave himself the lethal dose.

Prosecution Wants to Show Jackson Dead and Alive
(AP) –

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Prosecutors of Dr. Conrad Murray want jurors in his involuntary manslaughter trial to see images of his superstar patient, Michael Jackson, dead and alive.

In motions filed Tuesday, they ask to use video clips from the Jackson concert movie, "This Is It," to show the singer was in good health, engaged in planning his concert tour and had every reason to live.
They say this would contradict defense claims that Jackson took his own life.

Prosecutors also want to use limited autopsy photos of Jackson to prove that although thin, he was in excellent health. They say the photos would not be gruesome. Defense lawyers say the photos would inflame the jury's emotions.

Murray has pleaded not guilty. Jury selection resumes May 4 and motions are to be argued Thursday.

Thought they would want to show the film footage.no comment on the other pics.i just hope its for the jurys eyes only.dont see how showing pics helps. i feel sick

I wonder why they feel the need to show the autopsy pictures? The AR was very descriptive I thought. You know the tabloid media is just drooling at the thought of getting their hands on those photos. I think that is a pandoras box best left closed. If we accidentally saw those pictures we would be crushed and probably need some therapy. I feel sick too...

I think they should show the pictures. They would in any other case. Plus Murray doesn't want them too, hmmm makes you wonder why? I hope the media doesn't get a hold of them, but this is a homicide trial and they should treat it like any other.

I people thought of MJ as larger than life. Murray's side is really trying to brush off what he did. By showing pictures of MJ's autopsy, not only does it show he was in good health, but it humanizes him. It makes them aware that there were very human consequences to what Murray did. It is not MJ the popstar, it was a man. If I had my way, they would show pictures of the children grieving as well (even though I know they would not). And I hope if they see it, they see Murray has no emotions, and take that into account.

yeah u are right its just so horrendous to think of. I filed up after reading this.seems they want to show full length pics.u could cope with an arm.i guess it is about humanising mj cause showing a pic doesnt show someone is healthy

I think that at Murray's attorney and Murray himself are grasping at straws and trying to cause confusion. I think they have given up on the "Conrad Murray is such a wonderful doctor and a good man" theory, and have had to move on to other things. Unless something else comes up, I believe that more than likely Murray will be found guilty but as to the details and whether or not there will be time served....I don't know.

As sad as it is, the pics should be shown! The jury should not only hear what Murray did but, see it too!

I hope the autopsy pictures don't land on the internet. I won't be able to deal with that. I wanna remember him the way he was in This Is It.

You will not see the pictures it will be just for the jury to see.

I think this is a good idea because it will show MJ was not depressed and out of shape. Once again if Murray is now saying his patient was weak and in no shape to perform so he gave him propofol then why didn't he tell MJ that or tell MJ's promoters that? On the advice of a doctor's excuse or recommendation over health concerns, Murray could've stopped This is It right in it's tracks. All he had to say is that MJ was not ready healthwise. Instead Murray told everyone that MJ was healthy and fine and now the prosecution will prove it which will then lead to the question of why Murray was giving his healthy patient anesthesia if there wasn't anything wrong with him.

Murray's team actually found experts willing to testify on his behalf? And how can Murray say what Michael drank if he didn't see it?

I agree with this totally. I mean you know how we refer to Michael's legacy, how his music and new projects is keeping him alive, I too think that jury needs to see his autopsy pictures to realize that he's a human that died.

I said this before. In OJ Simpson case the crime scene photos and autopsy pictures was so terrible that the Judge didn't allow them to be shown to public on TV airing of the case. Most probably Judge Pastor would make a certain ruling about it. (In the jury questionnaire it was written that he wouldn't allow jurors to be filmed).

Most of the autopsy pictures also remain sealed and never become public access.

I saw a program on TV once about the OJ trial and they showed Nicole's Pics of her dead on the floor and the other man too! Although they were not the autopsy photos but, the actual crime scene pics...I was still in shock cause I did not expect that! O_O

So, yes, things can be sealed! But, I don't know it always seems like some way some how things get leaked or shown eventually anyways!! Hoping in MJs case this won't ever happen!?

the jurors have to be able to see Michael live and dead...this way they can realize the tragedy:-(

Tbh they dont seem to be testifying for him in the sense of supporting him.from reading the motion murray went to these 2 in order to get his new stories out there without having to testify himself. Murray brings up the drinkingetc etc and they write up a report based on it.ie a report based on hearsay and not medical facts
