It's available in Britian if you ask a book retailer. I have just ordered one from Borders bookstore. You have to give them the details (ISBN, etc) of the book though.

The thing is, hardly anyone aside from fans (Who all ready know he's innoncent will even know about this book)

I hope she does some press and tv over there to get some promotion for the book.. Does some book signings etc..
 
they're bringing it over to france coz they see that michael is very, very successful there, he was 2 weeks at number one with thriller 25 AND got this french NRJ-Award.

i hope they'll translate it to german too!

I have to agree with KOPV that other than fans, people don't really know about this and I doubt anyone would be interested enough to pay for it.
It's an amazing read and everyone should have it, but I don't think many will.
