I think that there will be tributes here and there over the next couple of years. For sure, some will be "greedy" tributes like one Jermaine might put on, and Janet is to tribute him at the awards show. However, I think the biggest and best tribute to our MJ is that his music will grow and grow in popularity far above anyone else's. His genius will be talked about for ages to come and many will be curious about him. Other artists will continue to copy him (which is a compliment) and my goodness, he did so much and gave so much for so many years that he will live forever in books and most of all, the minds of his fans. I think fifty to one hundred years from now there will still be new MJ fans. That's the best tribute, honor and legacy anyone could have.
 
I truly think that everybody can Honnor Michael properly,as long as what is done,comes from the heart.

I think,i feel that I honnor him everyday,several times a day,when i pray for him,when i talk...when i can see him in the most beautiful things God has done...
And i really feel that He can listen to me,that he is watching me,and it makes me feel better inside.

I think that to honnor Michael you don't have to be with lots of people.You can do it anywhere,and sometimes it can be way more deep when we do it alone.

I always honnered Michael.I always loved him,i always will.
Am i honnoring Michael properly?I would say yes.
 
In time.. maybe. I don't know how someone can "honour" Michael properly? In what sense? he has done so much for people. I don't know how he could be honoured for it all?

The Law and The Prophet Honor him continually in this Life and God as always before and forever will Honor all his Sonship Heirs; as all his Stars, Servants, Disciples, Son, Children, People of The Most High King and Only True and Living God.

So Yes I believe to answer your question Michael is as long as we've known him and now Forever is Honored among Men and God.
 
No I don't think so because if someone would honour him properly then they'd honour him while he was still here. The next best thing is to carry on his legacy as a person and an entertainer.
We honour him everyday, before and after he died - it doesn't get any more proper than that.

As far as events, I really hope that what we will see on Sunday night will be as proper as possible.
 
I'm all for a Michael Jackson museum (in California). That'll take years, but it's inevitable and it'll be great. :)

Normally I would stay out of these subject, but right now I got to say you are 1000% right on the nail with this. We fans know Michael better than his so call entourage, family ( no disrespect) and why not...we would do him right and honor him as we have always have from day one. :agree:

What could be done though?! what tribute would be big enough for him and be able to be seen by all fans all over the world! It will take time to get one i think and i really hope he does!!!!
