- they also said that Omer is out of the country and he will not be staying at the house in the future

On TMZ Live they responded to this (although they confused Genevieve with her mother whose full name is Alejandra Genevieve - they thought that this tweets were from Alejandra who was using her middle name) saying that they will be definitely moving.

Looks like TMZ is sticking to their story. I guess we'll see whether it's true or not soon enough.

i still have to figure out where he stands when it comes to M's kids..I've heard different sides and i dunno what to think still
 
It's amazing how some of you will believe TMZ on certain things, but you will not believe TMZ on other things when it comes to the Jackson Family.

Also, the lady that's in the picture is not Alejandra, but it's Jermaine's 3rd wife, Halima.

yeah that is pretty clear but I don't get his relationship with the kids,he spent so much time with them,they seem very close and all of a sudden....there were rumours he was tipping the paps at a certain point..prob he was ALSO(lol)....

Like everyone that were around MJ...they all have their own agendas. But Like TwinklEE wrote, he is not the most dangerous to the kids. Far from it actually.

He is no longer at Hayvenhurst anyway.:clapping:

TMZ as a source is iffy, they wrote trash about michael while he was living and continue to do it now. Some of the things they report are true but i'd take it with a grain of salt because they twist things for drama. Also simple things like paris' birthday(which they got her age inccorrect) ,pictures of alejandra(they used a pciture of halima) or genevieve(mistaken for alejandra) can be google searched and they still failed in their articles. Unless one of the tmz workers lives in the house i don't think they know anything definitely. There is a possiblity they can move out but that's up to katherine.
 
I just hope Michael's children have a lot of space and peace, and respect. God Bless them.

Well if true this is a good idea, wouldn't surprise if it is true cause Katherine is a very smart woman and it would seem to be something she will do. But on a side note...The Jackson keep saying Mike kids have kids to play with some of these cousins not even MJ's kids age.

I agree it sounds like a good idea but what do you mean they don't have cousin their age, jermajesty is 9, jaafar is 13 and TJ's son is 10.
 
i do not think it is a big problem they do not live with their cousins...well how many of us did live with our cousins?lol

Very true statement. TMZ is getting rich off of Jackson stories, whether fact or fiction. That's why I never visit their site. Every click is a dollar in their sleazy pockets.
 
I just wrote what they said without making any claims about the level of truth in their stories. To the contrary I wrote this in my post

IMO for this news there's really no need to argue whether they are right or wrong as most probably soon enough we can see / hear factual evidence regards to this moving out happens or not.

You keep saying this but this is false. Katherine is not kicking them out because DFCS are making them otherwise we would have seen some action before this. If there was any real threat to any kids DFCS would have acted.

But this is a result as of DFCS coming around. Katherine clearly doesnt want to give anyone a reason to take MJ3 from her.

This is not true. Grace was the one who ran to TMZ. Randy stated he didnt go to TMZ and he insinuated that it was Grace.

I hope and pray that it's true - Kids need to live their life calmly and with so many persons in the house, I don't think it was possible - Their life with Michael was soft and quiet, they must need to be alone all three.

True but ...

It's true that DCFS saw no immediate threat to the children, if they did they would have removed them almost instantly.

However that doesn't mean that they concluded their investigation that quickly. I don't know how it is overseas but in US some government offices such as DCFS can take a long time before coming to conclusion.

For example back in 2004 when Gloria Allred asked DCFS to remove the children from MJ's care, it took them 2 months to come to a decision/ conclude their investigation. (We are almost at the 2 month mark for the stun gun incident as well).

Furthermore DCFS will not release statements/their decisions due to confidentiality. There's no rule that says that they'll take drastic actions, to the contrary they see removing the children (in any case) as the final route to go. They generally would work with the families and they could provide some minor recommendations /changes (such as increasing number of nannies/adults, putting parental controls to computers etc) that might not be visible from outside/ to outsiders.

Like you said DCFS coming around definitely played a part in this event. (of course if it is true).

the timing is not irrational for this kind of problems, social services take their time but can be very effective...

also the most important thing is what the kids told them..not kate or all the others...the kid's opinion on this is the key...if all the 3 of them were not happy with how things were inside the house(sorry but it seems to me that many take for granted they were just fine with it) and being them the owners it's more likely all the rest is gonna be removed...just like is happening..besides we are not talking about a random family whose alternative is living under a bridge,they've found a good solution for both parties..
 
Hmm....interesting developments if indeed true.

My thing though, why is there a need for Katherine to house these grandkids in a condo owned by Michael's Estate when the fathers and mother of these kids are alive and should be the ones worrying about shelter for their kids? I understand Katherine being a grandma and all and loving all her grandkids, but why does Michael's money need to keep supporting these people?

If you ask me a bunch of adults have been spoiled rotten for a long time now and its just plain ridiculous!:smilerolleyes:

I'm all for whats best for Prince, paris and Blanket, so if this is what Katherine wants then so be it.

The tabloid media will never go away, we have to live with it. Frankly I'd take TMZ over RF any day. RF I don't trust at all- he makes up things more often than not. When he reported back when, that Grace was injecting MJ with Propofol back in 2005 that's when I knew never to trust him again.

Also, who is Alvarez, and when did they let go of Grace and why? And are these moves goof for the kids? All I want is for those kids to be safe and live a happy, healthy and productive life like MJ would have wanted. I pray for them all the time!
