Eeek...this is beyond heartbreaking. I'm just speechless. WTF is going on here?

Michael's choices for raising his children were not ambiguous nor mysterious. He wanted to give them something he never had -- childhood. Despite the fact they are the children of the most famous person on earth, he tried very hard to keep them out of the public eye. There is NO way Katherine did not know this. But, with that said, she has had choices as to whether or not to honor Michael's ideas and practices about raising these children, or not honor them. She chose. . . NOT, and there is not much anyone can do about it unless actual, provable "abuse" is taking place. The only chance to stop her behavior might be some sort of court-order until the Mann lawsuit is settled? But SOMEONE must act, on behalf of these minor children. So far, no one is in their corner.

The brothers in the J5 were talented, but of AVERAGE talent. It took Michael's charisma and amazing talent to raise an entire family out of poverty. He paid a high emotional price for that, as he's said many, many times. He wanted better for his own children.

It's hoped that people will grow and change as they mature, and learn from their past experiences. Apparently, that is not the case with Katherine and her choices for these three grandchildren. They are not "needed" to raise a family from poverty. IMO, Katherine should be honoring her son's memory and his choices about how these children are to be raised. And she is NOT, and in that, she disrespects Michael, AND his children. I just hope Michael gave them enough of a foundation, i.e. they were not too young when he died, to be able to extricate themselves from this situation as soon as they come of age.

This is heartbreaking.

I just have to say how much I see Michael in Blanket. He doesn't want to be on tv. You can tell. Prince and Paris seem mature for their age but Blanket is shy and it makes me uncomfortable seeing him uncomfortable.

I didn't like the normal comment either. It's not that people don't use the word normal but we all know that these people thought Michael was weird and it shows when they say things like that. Why wouldn't they be? Michael wasn't an alien but a human being. I wish someone would have said to Robyn why wouldn't they be?

Maybe it's not this fake charity because I think there will trouble if it turns out to be.

Katherine Jackson likes using Michael's children to impress people like this Robin and Oprah; because she thinks they are important people.

Note one good point: "Jaffar and Jermasgisty are no where to be seen. Thank God, because MJ's children use to not be able to make a move without them.

Which brings me to my prediction:
By the time, Prince, Paris, and Blanket come into their father's
first inheritance checks, they will be done with this entire
exploitative Jackson clan.

I just have to pray that one day that the kids will be able to see through this all. It's so heartbreaking to see them being exploited by people. Using them to promote a charity that the Estate is sueing for fraud and using Michael's name. As I said before it's lovely seeing the kids following their dad's footsteps but the exploitation here is sickening.

All of this is just so sad and depressing. MJ himself was continously messed over and eventually killed and now you see his kids aren't going to be protected from the crooks and leeches. They're going to be exploited up the wazoo. It's just sad.

HOW can she do this...cant the estate TELL HER that this charity is being sued by them???....none of this makes any sense...these poor kids are under the impression that they are carrying on Michael's legacy ..when in all reality..Katherine is exploding them....this is just unbelievable... really dont know what to say anymore. Blanket looks scared....poor baby...:(

And who ever thought it would end up being "certain" Jackson family members doing the exploiting. I certainly didn't!

I remember seeing them all up on stage at the end of Michael's memorial service and thinking to myself: "Those children are in good hands."

Boy Oh Boy, was I wrong!

And we all know by now that Branca is the bad guy. LOL!

Right. The tweet-wars. If any of those Jacksons have "evidence" and something really to say, it's time to produce it, or sit down and be very, very quiet. Enough is enough.

Wow Taj really doesn't like John Branca. I hate to tell you this Taj but I I am not John Branca's puppet!! I look forward to seeing you blow him out of the water!! lol
As I see it the estate is doing what they are supposed to be doing and that is protecting Michael's name.

Am I the only what that is a little insulted by Taj's remarks? I can make up my own mind Taj!!!!!

Taaj Malik is Samanta de Gosson's pal, here you've got them hugging themselves. Samanta is Karen Fayes pal. I am sure she'll also tweeting soon :crazy:

I discussed this with Twinklee a few weeks ago. Taaj became a Michael Jackson's fan on June 25th 2009..and she has been a major headache...trying to come off as the most devoded fan when she doesn't even know that MJ had an album titled Dangerous.


Howard Mann has been going around asking disgruntled MJ fans to back him up against Michael Jackson's estate. She is working with both Randy Jackson and Howard Mann

yea that's true, you did. It's just a sad situation overall I couldn't care less about Katherine or anyone else who's involved with Mann, I don't care about that, it's just sad that three children, are involved in this whole mess. I hope that with age their eyes will be opened. It's clear that some people around them see them as Michael's replacement aka as cash cows, kids they can parade around for money, Like Big Apple put it, it's 'give me few dollars I will let you see my grandchildren, give me more I will let you talk to them, double the amount and I will bind to you for as long as they live' that's clearly the case here, no ifs, whens, and buts about it.

In my opinion, that contract is NOT legally binding.

The only thing is that for now, Katherine has control, but in a court of law, the Judge would throw out that contract and the person who wrote it.

You just can't bind minor children to a contract for the rest of their lives.

Of course not Katherine had no authority to sign them to a life time contract with a porn producer, thanks goodness that contract is unlawful.
Now I'm the least person to make taunt him for the decision he made, (I have no right to), but at times like this I wish those would have an normal/ordinary mom who made sure they wouldn't be used for other people's personal interests, but it's obvious that the only person who had THEIR best at heart died nearly two 2 years ago.

This is what I am thinking to..when they turn 18 they become their own boss and legally an adult. But ..the problem is now...Katherine has exposed them to a shady creep...and for that ..there has to be something that can be done.
