The song probably came out too late...he wasn't eligible at the time...
 
Out of sympathy? I think that's the wrong word personally. I think it's a gesture of recognition, nothing more nothing less.

both grammy nominations and voting are done by people in the music industry. I think "respect" would be a better word than "sympathy" to explain the nomination.

That's nice. i don't like the word sympathy either. I would not want Michael to get an award based on that.

.......It doesn't paint a good picture for the Music Industry.........

Michael's Demo's always sound great. Even when hes jacking around on them.

I hope he wins and i hope to god his kids are going to accept. I hate it when jermaine accepts it seems like hes thanking them for what hes done rather then michael..

AS for the Sympathy ish... Come on! Michael deserves LOVE and RESPECT thats what this award means for me. Not to mention that hes being given a nod for a DEMO! A Demo that is better then anything out there today. If Michael dont win you know that the music industry is all about who's sleeping with who.

Yeah, I don't care what negative word they want to attach to this (SYMPATHY). They will always find something negative to say.

I want him to win. Go Michael Go.
