NO......................................................

is this true or not

that is very sad and angry why?

Re: Michael Jackson neverland is closing

I've just read that on Perezhilton... I hope it's not true...

Re: Michael Jackson neverland is closing

The documents of the Notice are official it hasn't closed yet Michael has a period of 3 weeks to pay or else it will be auctioned!

j5master are you being mean to me

i just heard this news website that's all i don't know it true or not

Re: Michael Jackson neverland is closing

Something doesn't sit ruight with all this. It is the speed at which the bank as acted that I find very troubling. All of ths is happening in 3 months. That is more than it takes for the usual proceedure to take place.

Re: Michael Jackson neverland is closing

really i don't believe that they just what has money that's all
cause they know he is comingback with new album that's all it's all about
is it

he and his ranch will be fine... for sure

If Michael wants it to be closed then it will be. But if it won't be that means Michael wants to keep it.

Hey, tupacavelli4life - You can't post any RF articles on the board.

Let the story spread. If it is true, good for Mike. It could be a new beginning for him regarding that place. IMO, the place is too toxic. How can you live in peace when there are so many things wrong in that place? Mike does not need NL. He can always get another place to live.

If Michael wants it to be closed then it will be. But if it won't be that means Michael wants to keep it.

I agree with that.

I don't get why people are saying this not true. Michael Jackson has been in default with Neverland for months. There is an official document explaining the none payments and upcoming auction date.

If Neverland is auctioned off in March, it will be the end of an era.

What you said is not exactly correct. Mj refinaced the property in october 06 for one year only. He was paid up to October but was in the process of renegotiation with the said bank when Bain made a statement. We do not know what went on with the refinancing.
MJ was not in default by hundreds of millions of dollars. The money that jessie jackson spoke of was to do with a separate loan of no more than $25 million dollars, it was nothing to do with the sony refinancing. you should have read the documents when it was available .

eh i think he'll be able to scramble enough money to pay everything off and keep it if he wants to. It's a tremendous asset for him which is why i don't think it will be closing.

I hope he keeps it, MJ wouldn't be the same without Neverland somehow. I know there's a lot of bad memories for him there but, deep down, that's still his 'home'.

-_- Sure....
If it's coming from that source I have no reason to believe a word from it. This guy is nothing but pathetic using the name "Michael Jackson" to get his own name boosted out there to the public -- sad really..

countdown till we get the clear and correct news past the sensationalist snippets. Ive heard that Michael is bankrupt now for years...ive heard that he's dirt poor, Ive heard he's losing his ranch due to financial trouble and this after the many many years after its purchase...I just want us to stay clam till we hear what's really going down.

these so called 'official' documents how they get on the internet just baffles me nevermind that any of us actually udnerstand what they really mean.

Um, wasn't Michael Jackson the man who made 10 million dollars in 2 nights with the MSG concerts? Since this story surfaced, I'm sure that there were plenty of options for Michael to raise the money if such even needed to be raised. If he decided not to give such for this, perhaps there are reasons that we know nothing about--things aren't what they seem, things are being misrepresented, he doesn't care about the land anymore, etc.

Also, 3 years ago, Michael was looking at losing his freedom and losing his right and opportunity to raise his three children. He survived.
Even if he is looking at losing Neverland, with concern or without concern, he will survive.

The only thing that Michael as well as his fans ever need to be concerned about him losing is his ability to survive that comes from a faith and spirit that is only his to give away but not for anyone to take.

From what glimpse we have had into his current life, he is content and happy and in charge. Once again, he is a survivor.

Thanks classic..rightly said. Ranch or no ranch, it doesn't take away the essence of Michael or what he stands to believe...

Home is really where the heart is.

And I think that people forget that Neverland is simply a name to a place that he purchased. What made that property special was Michael Jackson. Therefore, that spirit that created the special atmosphere at Neverland can be re-created at any place that he chooses to do so at any given time.

So in reality, it is really that the property known as Neverland isn't and can't be the same without Michael Jackson.

I think people should keep focused on what truly was special and what truly came first in the Michael Jackson/Neverland equation.

Yeah, Mike gonna survive, Neverland doesn't represent the full of who Michael Jackson is. Maybe he's realizing it now, I dunno. Just assuming but anyway, I won't be mad if he loses it. I just hope all his personal ish was taken out.

I know it's coming from RF but there's a court document too.

You can also go to http://www.priorityposting.com and type '45778JW' as 'Trustee Sale number'. You'll see Neverland Ranch listed for auction.

i heard on the news that it was official and it would be auctioned in march or was it in three months or something.

so i raced here to check it out.

but don't they send out such documents as standard when it may involve a future payment/ late payment etc. In the next three months so much can happen...is this a classic case of jumping the gun?

19th March is not 3 months, more like 3 weeks.:(

Classic -I love to see you on here more often. I agree that Mike is a survivor.

The way I look at this situation is, if MJ cannot make due with the payment and the estate will be auctioned, then it is what it is. I understand when fans are saying, "well NL is where his heart is at", but honestly, do we really know for sure? I mean, the trial opened a lot of things for Mike and for all of us. It showed MJ that there are things so wrong with that place. Also, it is an estate, it is a thing. It is not a human being. MJ possibly losing his home is not the end of the world. He can always get another one. I am a bit bothered by some of the comments that fans on here are making regarding an estate and MJ's state of being. I understand that NL will always have a special place in his life but in order to live peacefully without people constantly harassing him, he might just let the estate go. It is a beautiful place but I think it is a bad habit to be attach to something that is a material thing.

so are we going make this are main focus for days (many threads on the same subject, etc.) .. or are we still going to continue to focus on the man..trying to get his career back in gear and going to buy T25 if we haven't yet ... and request the remixes on our local radio...

and be honest.. John Q Public has been hearing about 'Neverland Closing'.. for months.. years...that this new piece of info might just go right
over their heads... there is also an important Democratic race going on...

IMO. we should pray for Michael.. wish him the best.. and keep being excited about what's in store for him as an artist... and not just run to the doomy/gloomy room ... with this.. Neverland story...
