Michael's Manhood Thread - 18+ (Read The First Post For Rules!)

^I highly doubt this picture meant to be sexy and sultry to begin with, it has more an artistic approach conveying the qualities Gorman looks for in his models.

You don't see innocence and vulnerability in the Vanity Fair photo shoot, you see Michael being provocative and sexy in most of the pictures.

I don't see it as a sad picture perse, it's definitely meant to be more artistic than sexy - but seeing him like this is just... phew :heat: those legs man..
yes...this...artistic is the right word, i would say. i don't see it as sad or sexy...i don't find the YANA video sexy either. Come Together video is a million times more hot and sexy :heat:

exactly. YANA is sad and bittersweet.
Come Together and Dirty Diana-definitely hot and sexy.
The Way you Make Me Feel at the Grammys? Also definitely hot and sexy.

Bad is sexy as hell too although it's not meant to be.

well, I think YANA is more romantic? when it came out, I thought it was the most sexy thing I had ever seen in my whole life!! I mean, he was NAKED, and you could actually see his pee-pee. wow, this was like a dream come true, i couldn't believe it
well, now I know of course that it wasn't that it was just to give the impression that it was. but back then, you could not have convinced me otherwise, no matter what. I was also only 15, so yeah

^^lol. Naked is not sexy to me, but I think sexy, like beauty, is in the eye of the beholder.

Yes, maybe romantic. But YANA just makes me feel sad longing.

naked is not necessarily sexy to me either, depends on the situation, really. But at that age I was back then, you, of course, think differently
and i agree that sexy is in the eye of the beholder. just read the comments about this picture, and how differently we all view it? no need to get worked up over each other opinions. nothing is "wrong" with how you see it, if you see it differently than someone else...no matter if you think it's sad, sexy, beautiful, artistic, whatever. some people get horny when they see this picture of Michael semi-nude, and some don't....both are perfectly normal. there's no "right" way to see this picture, or how you feel when you see it...

I hear ya and feel the same way. A person can be hotter than hell completely clothed versus someone just showing skin, with no substance. That Gorman pic of Mike is beautiful and the semi nudity doesn't come across as titillating imho. His facial expression is what stands out the most for me; it screams vulnerable detachment with a hint of sadness.

I meant it when I posted earlier that I will bat the flying shoes back at those throwing them (and I did).

I didn't get worked up. I just said "to me." That was MY opinion.

Lots of people look at this in different ways-Art,music and I think even opinions of Michael himself, sometimes, are subjective.

I don't see the pic as sexy either. It's not the amount of clothes you have on that makes a picture either sexy or not. If it was meant to be sexy, the photographer definitely failed in his intent. Besides, it's clear that Michael is not in the mood, despite of wearing almost no clothes.

he might not be in the mood now, but wait till i get my hands on him, he will be more than in the mood :shifty:

What I admire most of Michael's sexiness is that almost whatever he does, whatever the clothes he's wearing, whatever dance steps he does, I don't find it vulgare or pornographic. I mean, he sure did play upon sex, as lots of artists do. But I never find it too...crampy? Most of artists today just have a beat and some words thrown into some sort of lyric and then the rest is just sex. The music videos are pure soft porn, and it is almost difficult to sing along because there isn't a good melody in the bottom or words that give more meaning than a averidge, stupid commercial.

And if you turn it around: Put Michael Jackson's clothes on someone else in the pop industry, and make them do some of his moves, and it will just look completely odd! And THIS is why there never will be another Michael Jackson! He created his own genre and then raised the bar so high that noone will ever come near it! There is no problem to take any song and do it better. But try that with MJ's songs.... Forget it! He was the one and only, both body and soul.

(Sorry. A bit long, and slightly off topic, but I just had to say it... Please forgive me.)

you're absolutely right!!! very well said!!! no one will ever even come close to him, that goes for both his sexiness and everything else. he's one of a kind in every way. I have honestly never in my whole life seen a more beautiful, handsome, sexy, hot, gorgeous, cute and soooo deliciously yummy man, than him

You're absolutey right there!

Now that is the Magic of MJ really! You can be sexy and a 'turn on' but he always did it 'decently' and with 'respect' ;D
