That's the beauty of Michael's records. Take Dangerous - it sounded too futuristic back in the day but when you listen to it five years ago it sounded just right. It's like he was 20 years ahead of himself.

Listen to Invincible now. Sounds fresh to me.

The one thing i will state now, is that i believe that this is definetly michaels work, HE was working on this and it is HIS work, not necessarily all his vocals , but if you cannot hear him at some time or other in these songs especially KYHU you do need to get to a specialist!

I feel my gift from Michael be it melody, lyrics, music, vocals, justifies this project , what would you lot rather have, nothing anymore like so many other artists. I myself consider it a blessing to get anything.

I've always liked all Michael's album. And actually I never got on that "bashing train" of the Invincible.

I just wish Michael could have done more videos. Threatened would have been awesome, 2000 watts too, there are beautiful ballads such as Heaven can wait and Break of dawn. Some Latino rhythm in Whatever happens, etc... Great album!

the unkwown monster is about to embark from the far corner out of the dark...this album is torture...but you can be sure of one thing that's fake...a michael album that you feel strange...an imposter ..that he can't sing and appear....an imposter,the worst thing to fear..

Now can you re-read the parts in bold what you said and tell me do you realize what you just said? I mean do you realize that you are leaning towards the possibility that it is not MJ singing on some parts of the album on his own album?

Brilliant.

Not as good as 'Mama say Mama got me you in a zig zag', however. You'll never be able to match the profundity of those lyrics... :)

any album that has background vocals are bound to be not 100% Michael but a percentage of Michael.

For example : Heartbreaker from Invincible has rap performed by Fats and background vocals by Mischke, LaShawn Daniels and Nora Payne. As you can see that song isn't 100% Michael but a percentage of Michael.

Plus don't forget that this is a posthumous album meaning that uncompleted songs are bound to be completed with additional vocals, music and instruments. Let's give another example from this album (non Cascio tracks) Hollywood Tonight. As you can see from it that song was not also fully completed , looks like there's no second verse and hence it's supported by a pretty long spoken part by Taryll. As you can see that song isn't also 100% Micheal but still a Michael Jackson song.

Don't forget that these songs also have 2 other people credited for the lyrics. This might or might not be something that Michael would have written but it could be very well be written by those other two people.

Again having 2 other songwriter who aren't as good as on the lyrics as Michael was doesn't make this song any less authentic.

This I appreciate very much! I love al his albums too and Invincible certainly. If not so popular, artistically it is a monument. It shows amazingly so many artistic sides from Michael.

If they actually have footage of him in the studio singing Monster and they just decided to not show it..Shame on them for creating a division between fans and causing this album to not do as well as it should be by not ending the "controversy" as soon as came up.

People!!! We've been taking from Michael for over 40 years. Its time for ALL OF US to just shut up and take everything as it is. We got NO RIGHT To complain about a damn thing. Complaining about whats real or fake isnt gonna get us anywhere anymore, Trust me, We've tried it, and it divides us more.

THis thread was created to let us know that a video will be coming out with The SINGLE MONSTER! There is no Reason for some fans to come on every thread and talk about how the songs are fake. WE GOT A THREAD There already Man! Just get over your selves and make this HIStory count!

This is the first ALBUM that we have gotten in 9 years so if some of us want to celebrate it, Let us and dont ruin it for us cuz you dont think some of the songs are not Michael. When there's a REAL Proof we'll worry about that.

Just be happy that we have gotten something from Michael...Now is that too damn Much to ask?

I've never heard a Michael Jackson song that sounded 0% like Michael Jackson.

And I will never believe that Michael Jackson would record anything as ridiculous as 'Mama say mama got you in a zig zag'. From the genius artist that gave us that roaring Cameroonian chant in Wanna Be Startin Somethin, "Mama-say mama-sah ma-ma-coo-sah", to descend to singing 'Mama say mama got you in a zig zag'?

If you want to believe that? Good for you. I'll choose to believe that Michael Jackson would never, in a million years, record anything as ridiculous as that.

You confuse my words, i mean that with it not being a COMPLETE Michael product due to his passing, this had to be finished, i would of liked, will welcome unfinshed tracks and demo's etc but i really do mean that it is his lyrics, his melodies and his music.

Im not saying its the best that we have ever heard but its what we have left now. Be thankful we have something to listen too.

What would you all do if we did not. Listen! come another 5 years or so from now, it will be the end of the unreleased

It's amusing how some people on this forum act like they know every single thing about Michael. What he would say and do and react like in any given situation.

I'll believe it when i see it. Until then i am totally convinced some sort of fraud has gone on and i pray the truth comes out. Those tracks make me cringe.
