Latest on MJJC

Most Offensive Website By Far (Not An Exaggeration). Can We Do Anything?

This is the reply I've recieved from vBulletin...
Unfortunately legally we cannot control the content of a site, no matter how offensive it it. As long as they do not violate the license agreement, there is nothing we can do. You can view the license agreement here:

I never said that they we're using it for "illegal purposes"
 
I recommend that you threaten with legal action!!!!!......

......even try claiming that you are working on behalf of representatives of all those who are offended (including MJ, President Obama, and pretty much any coloured politician or celebrity)!!!!!!

It probably won't work, but worth a try if your bothered!!!!!!!!!!!
 
There will always be people like this. They are jealous of Michael and his talent and all that he accomplished. They can say what they want but they can't take that away from him. Their hate will do them in anyway in the long run so let them go.

Please do not mirepresent yourself. It may not be illegal for them to have that kind of content in the US but if you misrepresent yourself, that will be fraud here and you will get sued.

In the US, the KKK can have a meeting in the open streets and blare out with a microphone this type of stupidity and we can do nothing to stop them. We have freedom of speech and press here (one thing that made it very difficult for MJ).

These type of people are best just ignored. Trying to talk to them only incites them further. You will not change a whole website community. Just ignore them, please!

Who ever said Free Speech is a good idea was a complete tool!!!!!!

Nobody ever uses it for good..............

Its either Racism, Fascism, Terrorism, or something along those lines!!!!!

I am so pissed off I even clicked on this link! They weren't worth my effot!
 
I think we should get rid of the link because they can see where the extra traffic is coming from and could come and try to spread hate on MJJC. :(

If freedom of speach didnt exist then you wouldn't be allowed to say that either. We wouldnt be able to speak out AGAINST hateful assholes. Fascism resulted in a lot of censorship from Hitler which didn't allow anyone to speak out AGAINST him either. So censorship isn't the answer. Education is the answer. These people are probably beyond hope (good riddance when theyre gone...), but hateful minds like this form from how you grow up and what you see as acceptable from people aroun you - kids need to be taught tolerance and respect as they grow up and that such things as racism, sexism etc aren't acceptable.

But freedom of speach does come with limits, so if this site (I don't wanna go to it - makes me upset) makes threats of violence then they can be reported legally. It's allowed to say you don't like someone but it's not allowed to threaten them or advocate violence. So if they do that then theyre breaking the law.

I cannot believe this filth exists in 2010. FREAKING TWENTY TEN. It's so sickening.

I feel sorry for these people, as i can see they all suffer from a mental disseas which is very difficult to heal.

Diagnosis: Prejudgements (prejudices?)...we are all born with them.
 
I'm not going to click on the link, because based upon the comments in here, I'm probably better off not doing so. All I can say is, that it's really sad that there are still people out there who feel this way, even today. I wish there was a way we could get rid of that site, but even if we somehow did, in the long run it still wouldn't end the hatred those people have. Unfortunately, I think all we can do is ignore it for now.
I honestly believe someday those people will pay the price for all of that hate they are harboring anyway. If not here, then in the afterlife.
 
This site may be illegal-it may be violating certain laws,so it could be reported to the authorities.
It's worth asking a lawyer member of the forum.
 
I havent looked and not sure I want to given the responses here.
How terribly sad.
My daughter told me of a convo she overheard on the bus which was of racial intolerance, which totally sickens me beyond words. :-(

Very sadly this kind of ignorance exists............how appauling.....as I said I havent looked but if its anything to do with racial intolerance then I am more than upset already. :-(
What a shame. We are all different yet equal.
It's ok to hate and be angry at this as its righteous anger..........

Oh, God! Why would anyone in this world ever waste their time on such a horrible and offensive thing? What do get back for it? Ignorant and racist people... Unfortunatelly, they're not blessed like us, they can't see how pure and loving our Michael was. Just thinking that Michael had to face this type of thing gives a heavy heart... it makes me cry...
I hope his kids NEVER EVER see such thing! I pray for this...
 
the best way to close web sights like that is, simply Ignore them, they are just very immature A-h**** that are trying to wind up MJ fans, they lake importance in their own lives, so go on the net to wind others up for a kick, just don't bite, know the truth in your hearts and feel sorry for the pathetic people they are. Thats My Opinion:)

I agree....this screams attention so much and I'm not gonna give any.
If you make them close they'll re-open it in a matter of days feeling proud to be such an outrageous menace etc...yeah they wish...
 
Its probably been mentioned before but how about ignoring it? Youve just given them a ton of hits.
