Murray Documentary "Michael Jackson and the Doctor"

Re: MSNBC to air Murray Documentary "Michael Jackson and the Doctor" / Interview part 1 transcript @

I will be in LA for the sentencing.

I think it was another explanation for wetting the bed than Murray said.
Michael had problems with prostate, he took medicine for it.
It`s a common problem among middleaged men and older.
"The prostate gland is located around the urethra just below the bladder. If it gets bigger it can squeeze the urethra and then you will get more difficult to empty the bladder completely. Interruption of the beam and dripping are also common problems."

We´ve read that Michael urinated in the morning but in autopsy later he had quite a lot of urine in the bladder.
He couldn´t emty the bladder.

Men with this problem can feel they have to urinate but when they came to the toilet it can takes a long time for them and still there are urine left in the bladder
When you can´t empty the bladder completely you soon feel you need a toilet again and maybe have to go up several times in the nights. It´s like an urinary infection.

Michael was sedated, he couldn´t control the bladder and go to the toilet

In the end of the day we'll just have to wait and see. In the end of the day it's up to Judge Pastor. In a way I am glad this doc aired as Murray's lack of remorse is so evident here Pastor has to take that into account.

I will be in LA for the sentencing.

You will be there Mjzfille? I was thinking of going but I have taken so many trips since August and then Cirque in Vegas in about 10 days. I am still thinking about a one day trip to support Michael.

PS: Does anyone remember what time court starts on the 29th?

Murray condemned himself to a harsh sentencing from his own mouth via the documentary. Keeping the faith.

I just pray that Murray is sentenced to the whole 4 years. Hopefully Walgren and Pastor have seen this documentary where he shows no remorse for his behavior.

Re: MSNBC to air Murray Documentary "Michael Jackson and the Doctor" / Interview part 1 transcript @

^I'm sure they've seen it. The documentary received a lot of news coverage. That, and the testimonies of Michael's children will seal Murray's fate.

Re: MSNBC to air Murray Documentary "Michael Jackson and the Doctor" / Interview part 1 transcript @

Yes, he said once he was "sure Michael was asleep" (on many occasions), that was the time he'd catch up on phone calls and "business." In ANOTHER room! I don't see how Michael could have survived it -- and he didn't.

So all the other times he had a drip and Murray still left the room to catch up on his business...and he expects us to believe that last day, he wasn't on a drip.

Like DDA Walgren said, it's a mystery how MJ managed to wake up the first 2 months....Murray has been playing russian roulette from the very beginning. He got lucky and continued pushing his luck.

THERE IS NO WAY HE WAS TRYING TO WEAN MJ OFF PROPOFOL. NO WAY...What would be his use? How would he keep earning that $150,000 without propofol?

With the documentary full of lies of Murray, maybe the judge Pastor can add some charges no?

Re: MSNBC to air Murray Documentary "Michael Jackson and the Doctor" / Interview part 1 transcript @

It is my hope that Judge Pastor saw both the Today Show interview and the MSNBC one and makes mention of it to Dr. Murray and his lawyers during sentencing. If I was the judge I would be moreso inclined to give him the fulll 4 years after that travesty.

If court starts at 8:30, it makes no sense for me to go because by the time I get off the plane it would be 9. Oh well let's keep a positive outlook going.

The judge has seen the doc and the judge already made up his mind what sentence he would give this criminal before the doc aired. The airing only adds more criteria to back up his decision. Remember the judge has to anticipate things. For example, he anticipated that the defense would ask that Muarry be sent home until sentencing and the prosecution would ask that he be remanded into custody. Notice, he gave his reasons why he made that decision to have Muarry remanded. He did not just think this out at the moment. He had different options in his head already in place for the guilty or non guilty verdict.

I finally watched the documentary on youtube. Honestly, I think Murray is quite stupid to release this now. He looked fairly crazy and full of nonsense in the video. It's hardly for me to believe anyone would think he is not guilty after watching what he said. What he said is totally doesn't make sense at all and he kept blaming everyone but himself. If judge saw the video, he would not happy to see people with no regret. Murray is stupid and arrogant.

Falangan and his wife were both ass. All their comments are horrible and showing they were ignorant (Maybe his wife is a little better acknowledging MJ's achievement in music). Surprisingly, Chernoff is way better than he was in court. I can see that as a defense lawyer he just tried to win the case whatever he wanted and I agree that you don't argue with expert with science. He even defended MJ saying it's the media wanted MJ to look weird. It's a good one.

Over all, it's actually not a too bad documentary. Lots of Murray said make me want to shake my head and said ya? Seriously? However, there were something he said I kind believing it's true. MJ pushed into the corner and it made me so sad. Still, he is quite stupid to think this documentary can let people think he is innocent. Maybe he did this for money and doesn't care the end result.

Re: MSNBC to air Murray Documentary "Michael Jackson and the Doctor" / Interview part 1 transcript @

^I honestly don't think it was Murray's idea to release it right before the sentencing. Seems more like an MSNBC/Chernoff/Flanagan cookup.

P.S. Flanagan's wife is a real b-tch. She's the one who started it. I think he just went along with it to please her, but then again I'm not in their heads and it's dubious to begin with whether either of them think before they talk in the first place...
