True, it wasnt signed, but it did mention the equipment...

And it would be kinda strange not to have the equipment in LA, as MJ was already practicing in LA.
 
crossing over the nurse/dr to be used in london. asking her why. flannagan asking do u know what hrs he would work ie he needs an asistant cause it was 24/7 job

tries to bring klien in objection substained. about other drs working for mj interms of getting all mjs records. this trial is all about klien! moves on from klien after stopped from going there.
 
that witness was good. she held her ground u could see what flannagan was trying to do but she held her own.. hes nothing special as a lawyer at that
 
Cross trying to show that Murray had a contract with a startdate of may 1st, and in the contract it listed a bunch of items he needed.
So they are mainly saying: look, Murray was there when MJ died, but he didnt have all the proper equipment that AEG had promised him in the contract.
 
I have to say, those two witnesses alone murdered that AEG lawsuit. Especially since the defense used all the Jacksons' talking points.
 
I don't think the lawyer got what he wanted with his questions. I think he wanted her to admit that the equipment was needed all along but she said no he asked for it in London.
 
I missed the point about Klein. Help me please! Kathy was asked about him? What did she tell?
 
They're just tryng to pull in Klein, so they can later on say that other doctors gave MJ 'drugs' as well.
Remember how MJ went to Klein's office a bunch of times around the rehersals?

But LA was not mentioned in the contract. What's in the contract is what counts. The equipment was specifically to be provided IN LONDON. According to the witness it would have been for use at the 02 Arena only.

The AEG lawsuit is going to pieces.
 
I must have missed that part about LA not being mentioned, I thought the whole point was that neither LA nor London were mentioned, that it just stated a list of items Murray needed...

She said he had 'told' her he needed them for London...

objection was pretty much substained on that. flannagan aked her about getting mjs records and that murray was not his only dr but his personal dr. but not his sole dr. flanangan wanted to make the point that mj had other drs. and that murray never claimed to be his only dr.

in the defence case they will no doubt say mj was seeing klien and murray didnt know about it
 
They substained pretty much every question that had to do with Dr. Klein.
 
Not sure if Flanagan is cross-examing with Ms Dury or was trying to justify Murray's pay at 150,000. LOL! He went on to point out at any one time Michael can terminate his services. And the relevance to this case is..... :doh:

Exactly! Murray asked for the equipment to be provided in London for performance related heath issue - definitely not for night time sleep assistance. The witness made it very clear. I don't see how the defense can shift the blame to AEG for not providing the equipment while in LA.
