Murray Trial - 30 September - Day 4 - Discussion

Walgren asks FM when he came into the room MJ was in, what did he see? FM states that he saw Alberto Alvarez pacing the floor, he saw MJ's feet on the side of the bed, as FM moved closer, he could see MJ's body and Murray to the side of MJ. FM states that he saw MJ at the far side of the bed, his feet were on the floor. FM states that Dr. Murray was to the right of MJ on the far side of the bed.

That does sounds like 3 different stories.
 
medic says CPR should not be done where the paitent is found then agrees with cross. lawyer trying to say its ok to do CPR on a bed! then agrees u can do it on a bed if its done properly. crap testimony.

I agree with that Soundmind, I too believe that presenting their own theory of what might have happened is very crucial for the prosecution.
I don't want them to take any chances, they need to come up with a theory.

Hehe, jurors are eager to perform their jobs, hurrying back from lunch break. Good to know they're engaged to their assignment.
 
whose giving he evidence the defence attorney or the paramedic, all he keeps saying is correct, correct to each reply.
 
murray takes control and goes in the ambulance as procedure thats normal. trying to imply picking up the vials was normal. lawyer says he was picking up his wallet and glasses! yeah fecking right! takes murray a minute to come back downstairs. medic doesnt know who murray was on the phone to in the ambulance.
 
the witness looks frightened

looks like he's scared of elaborating his statements or something, he's only agreeing with baldie. And that's it. FFS MAN UP!

But apparently there are two minutes of differences between the time in Alberto's phone and the time at Senneff's station.

Just now he has said he arrived at the residence at 12:26. (which in Alberto's phone would be 12:24, 2 minutes after the call to 911 was started. And Alberto didn't initially start to move the body with Murray till the operator told him...).

Oh please. MJ did not go into cardiac arrest at 12:05. It was long before that. The condition his body was in at the time the Paramedics arrived according to the EMT's earlier testimony, says to me that this was someone who had been dead for much longer than 20 minutes.
 
He messed up in cross that's for sure, he wasn't able to stand his ground it was the female prosecutor who made him admit the prior statements he'd made in prelim. Nonetheless the first half of his testimony was damaging.
 
saying he was fully on the bed? Yet the other one says he was partially on the bed?
 
so MJ was on the bed now????!!!!! and they help him on the floor????
wow 3 different version now.
 
the paramedics just contradictied themselves. He saw him fully on the bed and not half off the bed and they helped MJ off the bed????
