Murray Trial - 30 September - Day 4 - Discussion

I think they're confused about timelime, the order etc . i mean it was 2 years ago.

pointing out the basic life support he did. and how quickly it was done. implying this is what murray could and should have done

He got to the part where he intubated Michael, after a minute of giving basic CPR.

He's nervous but he's doing fine so far. No need to panic just yet. So far, he's doing fine.

"Felt he was dead ma'am" :( when asked what he was thinking when performing CPR.

guys can we stick to commenting on the testimony. and helping ppl who cant follow as its happening

Eyes were wide open, looking straight ahead, dilated pupils. Felt MJ was already dead. Says he saw Ivy attached to MJ's leg. Did not see EKG machine anywhere in the room or near MJ's body.

Murray provided information that Michael was a healthy year old man, not on any treatment or having any health condition, that the IV was saline, because he had been rehearsing for 16 hours and was dehydrated. There was in fact a question of whether he was taking recreational drugs (first EMT didn't recall) and Murray denied.

Says that Murray stated MJ had no underlying health issues and was not taking Medication. Said MJ was a healthy 50 year old male. Says Murray denied that MJ was taking any recreational drugs either.

Just listening to the 911 call ... when the operator says that they have to get him to the floor, it doesn't sound like he then actually places the phone between his shoulder and ear and the tone of his voice also doesn't change the way you would expect when lifting a body from a bed. I don't know, maybe he did get the timeline wrong, but like I also said, he was very elaborate about all the details of this in his testimony. Getting the timeline wrong wouldn't surprise me all that much, since it was a traumatic experience, but I don't know what the jury will think.
I don't know I listened tape numerous times and to me it sound like Alverez performed some action. Conversation between operator and Alverez:
Operator: Alright, is he on the floor, where's he at right now?
Alverez: He's on the bed sir, he's on the bed.
Operator: Ok let's get him on the floor.
Alverez: Ok. [IMO here Alverez started moving Jackson to the floor]
Operator: Ok let's get him down to the floor. I'm gonna help you with CPR right now, Ok. [During this we hear something from background (voice) --> IMO moving operation still in progress and then done]
...
At the end of 911 call operator (paramedic) said: We are on our way. We are on our way. I'm just passing these questions on to my paramedics who are on their way there, sir.
And Alverez said: Thank you sir. He's pumping, he's pumping his chest but he's not responding to anything sir. Please.

I think that Jackson was moved to the floor and then before paramedics arrived Murray moved Jackson on the bed. I know it sounds stupid  but maybe Murray was trying to find something on the floor (to hide because it's evidence)...?

this guy just destroyed chernoff defence that MJ died immediately and could not even close his eyes. He did everything Murray should have done within half a minute.

alarm going off in the building. testimony halted while they see what it is
