she told walgren she looked at the contract she was being nosey. now its all abit blury!! was she gonna keep her apartment when they went to london? not sure. she was excited about going to london. she expected to be in london until nov/december! (my comments this was one big holiday for her! brazil is shredding her)

yes she read it and not only that told walgren exactly what murrays pay would be. now shes saying she never read it. whoops!
 
Whilst I am of course on michael's side and hoping for justice ( even though I believe conrad is somewhat of a scapegoat)..I find brazil a real bitch and someone who seems condesending and patrionizing with fake written all over her..Prepared to say anything to get her way..Not relating to this case..But she aggravates me

Brazil is a lawyer, doing her job. Of course she's prepared to say anything (within the bounds of the law) to get her way. Any good lawyer is.
 
Seriously, you all sound like brats attacking the witness. Attack her based on what she says, not her professional or her freaking body language.

And so what she doesn't feel comfortable testifying against Murray? That's her boyfriend and father of her kids. She has the right to have some feelings towards him. Really, this is getting old.
 
glad to read brazil shred her. she did give a lying vibe of. when she said in the beginning that she'd met murray in a 'social setting', brazil had to ask her if it was a club, and at first she didn't wanna admit but then did, same when brazil asked if murray was a customer there she was like 'idk' and then 'yes' , guess the defense and murray told her that all this would make him look bad, so she tried her best to protect him/his 'image'

exactly. she keeps putting murray in it with all her gushing and i loved it how she blurted out i wasnt bothered about hearing about the rehearsals cause i was going to see the show! brazil was like wow really. do tell lol. also how it keeps getting pointed out that murray only had 2 offices. one in vegas one in houston. thats been said by every witness. and impeaches murrays claims about why he wanted 5 mill

lets she what she comes up with when she gets asked about all the diprivan being shipped to her house and the phone call murray made to her when he was in the ambulance
 
Wow, Nicole Alvarez risking jail time for perjury for Conrad Murray, smh. She's using this trial as an audition. At one point Ms. Brazil had to say ma'am to get her attention.

you would think so. if they end her testimony with her apartment being used as an office for the diprivan. it would fit nicely.unless theres some more G.friends out there? i wonder if they all met in the corridor!
 
AHHHH! Nicole was just busted for lying in open court. LOL! So insistent that she didn't read the contract. Before Brazil caught her out I was thinking she HAD to be lying. She kept saying "IT WAS MICHAEL JACKSON" for practically everything. OF COURSE, she read the contract when it came.

Well, there goes her credibility...and over something so insignificant. It goes to show she will act like she doesn't know something when she really does. Who's going to believe her NOW when she says Murray never discussed anything with her about Michael. I sure as hell don't. And yes, she is wayyy too giddy for a courtroom.

Also, I think the question Brazil was trying to get at about her being an actress is paying jobs. It's one thing to be an actress as a career choice, it's another to actually get paid for that work. Nicole tried to avoid the question by talking about what it takes to BE an actress. That wasn't Brazil's question. She meant what kind of jobs did Nicole do to bring home the bacon...to pay her bills. Where was the other money coming from that Murray wasn't providing. I wonder what kind of "commercials" she was getting paid for. Cheerios, peanut butter...1-900-HitmeUp

Am attacking her on her body language and is now caught lying. I dont ever need to defend Michael over anyone else especially on his forum.

I noticed that, it was like ms brazil had to wait quite a few seconds to get her attention, i was wishing the camera was on the witness to see what on earth she was up to. Probably swinging around in her chair, making eye contact with the jury. Of all the witnesses so far, she seems the most unprofessional, as if she's treating the whole thing as an audition. I bet she'll be making deals with the media, if she's not done so already.

The only time she looked a little put out was when ms brazil asked her if she had any reason to doubt whether murray was actually going to mj's house every night. She would know all about his other booty calls and prob met them in the witness waiting room - awquard.

I still don't see why it's even important what her career is or even if she's whore. It has nothing to do with the case. She could be the DC Madam as far as I care. It's her life, let her do what she please with it. This isn't a trial about what kind of girls Murray likes to screw.

Even if Murray did talk to her about Michael, I doubt he told her that he was putting to sleep with dangerous drugs. Now, he may of talked about how rich he was going to be with Michael around, but if she was only around for that than she logically would had left Murray after Michael died. I can also understand why she may want to protect Murray to an extent since she is her caregiver and his baby's father. I don't think anyone in this position would be eager to get such a person thrown in jail.
 
I don´t understand her motives for lying about not seeing the contract? That doesn´t seem like such a relevant issue that it´s worth lying about. Now all she did was to destroy her own credibility as a witness IMO.

yeah totally agree. she was trying her best to avoid the question. and to actually say whether she works or just goes to loads of auditions

I don't have a problem with her,her appearance or her profession.I couldn't care less.I have a problem with her attitude in Court and the fact that she is lying.
I don't get the feeling she's taking the process seriously and that gives me an uneasy feeling.
What would I do if the father of my kids was a killer? I honestly don't know,so I can't put myself in her position or sympathize,sorry.
 
were packages addressed to murray sent to your house. answer yes and she knew they were coming cause murray told her he was expecting. fed ex and ups came to her door. did murray say what was in the packages. answer no. did she know what was in the packages? no she didnt. he had mail sent to her house aswell. packages were left in a common area aswell and she collected some from there .
