And i thought the mails stated clearly that michael had no insurence because they werent given the medical records etc..
 
I think when asks MJ if he's okay...maybe MJ was grimacing or reacting in a physical way (clenching teeth or fist, etc.) and Murray noticed. We never hear MJ respond vocally so it's not unlikely that he could have nodded affirmative before saying he was asleep.
 
Anyone watching all the us shows or on twitter know how the jury reacted to the recording. I'm clearly biassed but wouldn't people find it affecting?

I just found out that with Italk...you HAVE to be in the room to record ,,,so Murray had to of been in the same room recording Michael as he spoke.

Michael was very drowsy from the "sleep" medication and thats why his voice was low, slow
and robotic, but the words he spoke were so beautiful to me. :...( and clearly Michael Jackson.
 
I think Michael was too tired to be able to read.

She [Jane valez-mitchel] said that as someone who'd been covering Michael for years and had covered the molestation trial.. maybe we (MJ fans) were right.. coz he was clearly under the influence of something on that audio... and therefore not censoring himself... and he wasn't talking of anything inappropriate... he was talking about his love for children and concern for them being depressed... and how he wanted to help them because he felt their pain.

More like too little, too late. These people have no character, they go on as if they had no part in tarnishing MJ's image and not to mention the daily hell they gave him years prior when it was cool to joke on everything and anything about Michael. Disgusting!:puke:

nice to see more people in this thread now, court's about to start, when the jury left for noon recess so did I to eat something. But I read thru the last pages now, like Elusive I hope the DA's gonna play Murray's interview.
