lee is off the stand

"no one who cares for you or has your best intrests at heart will give you diprivan."

And that pretty much strikes at the heart of this case.

Whatever misgivings I had about Lee, this statement speaks the most truth.

If I didn't know otherwise, I would've said that Ms. Lee was a prosecution witness.

Lee's dismissed. Steps down. Next witness - Amir Dan Ruebin

he is a hospital executive, worked at UCLA on June 25th

hospital executive at stamford. he worked at UCLA on the 25th responsible for the hospital system

talking about the west lobby. (i guess this is about murray leaving the hospital and going back in the west lobby) so pretty irrelvent

It always seems to me that witnesses take chernoff by surprise, like 'oh, what are you doing here, who are you?!'
I've never seen anyone so unorganised!

I don't see how she or the doctor yesterday helped Murray at all.

They were supposed to show a pattern of doctor shopping and Michael asking for different drugs. Lee is damaging in the sense that Michael knew and were aware of the risks and what could happened, but he wanted the drug anyway.

The problem being that none of these people gave Michael what he wanted and they have 'medical' records to prove it. Also, Lee clearly said that Michael was deceived by doctor/doctors who told him he was safe as long as he was watch/monitor. Guess what Murray didn't do and the defense had the nerve to suggest that Michael would had taken the drug even if Murray didn't have the proper equipment because he was an 'addict.'

can u get to the west lobby by going out of the doors murray did (in the footage we saw b4) yes

remember the 25th. he was working that day. got a call that a person of intrest was there and they might need him.so he came over. got the emergency room and saw drs nurses as normal. what time was this when u got there. he says the afternoon. after mj had arrived ( i cant do with this sort of talk today)

was told to come down to the ER because "a person o interest was there.." when he came MJ was in the trauma room.. he was involved with securing the area

he saw people outside the ER room, chernoff asks who they were... said he presumed it was MJs security staff

in retrospect, he recalled seeing Murray there as well

they secured the area had enough police there. moved ppl who were hanging about. remember anyone? didnt know at the time but knows now.mjs security was there he presumed they were security. see family members? later on he did. see dr murray? he doesnt recall seeing him when he got there. didnt know who anyone was. saw murray briefly. stayed there about 45mins. then went back and forth trying to organise things for the conference rooms amongst other things.
