so did the pros actually go anywhere other than calling mj a demoral A ? any reason given to the jury interms of the connection to the crime? like they said about withdrawl causing heart issues?. otherwise hopefully the jury is like whats this gotta do with anything
 
My hope is he has a strategy to deal with this on rebuttal. The Prosecution can then submit their own charts that accurately depict the visits and maybe at that time he will be able to focus on the gaps. If he wants to bring in his own addiction expert, he might be able to at that time.

reports from previous hearings had statements from the pros saying they had their own addiction expert. so im hoping they will be used during rebuttal. becasue theres only white and waldman that need rebuting. the rest of their case is redundant

^^no, no and nono. Exactly, none of this had anything to do with anything! I think it's all going to fall on the closing for the defense.

Thanks, Elusive. Good to know. I'm sure the Pros. charts will be more accurate and easier to understand. The jury can use those to review (if they need to and/or find it relevant) when they deliberate; chuck out the defense's charts of f*ckery.
 
The trial seems to have reached the point of buffoonery? The charts were WRONG, and Walgren was busy with his black marker. Then the defense tried to object that the charts weren't meant for the public, but yet, they were entered into evidence? The witness had his knowledge of Michael and "the A word," from the EIGHTIES? Like, the days of Thriller, and Bad. REALLY? And then, he couldn't explain those SIX days when Michael did not see Klein? Six days is a LONG time for an "A-word" to go with no "medication." Isn't it? And the explanation for this would be what, exactly? EVERY Klein visit was documented by paparazzi. There was no demerol found in Michael's system, or in his house. Chernoff is looking like a class-A idiot, right about now.

Arnold Klein attorney will be on HLN on JVM Show at 7pm Et To talk about what was said today reguarding the medical records. I believe Walgren did a great job but the headlines will be and are MJ was an addict. How unfair but, no surprise.

Yes, that will be the headline...

But I don't care what anyone says that doctor lost the jury with his attitude and evasiveness with the prosecution...along with the fact that incorrect information is on the charts, etc.
 
Dr W was a prize ass, arrogant, rude and extremely biased. No way could the jury feel any empathy with him. Waldren is a hero, sharp as a tack. Did anyone notice Flanagan trying to calm Chernoff down when things got heated. There'll be tears before bedtime.
 
Jermaine tweeted HLN! They read it live on air and now their changing their tune! lmao! Because just a min ago they were like MJ is an addict and JVM was again comparing her alcholism issues to MJ

Gotta admit I got a teeny bit of pleasure watching Walgren scratch that mess out. I understand the sound of Walgren scribbling with gusto was VERY LOUD and visual for the jury. hehe
 
Good riddance of Mr Wonderman. He should crawl to a place with no sun. But thanks to the Jackson if they were united about not calling Michael a drug addict. We wont be experiencing this.

totally agree with you.I am however happy to see that atleast someone from that family is calling this lieing sack of shit out. Michael doesn't deserve to be called and addict,,the evidence doesnt support Jane Mitchells lies. He is not her poster child for addicts...as she wants to label him.
 
True, but atleast now the Jacksons can see for themselves now! They needed visuals to understand the poor things! SMH Now they have them. Well, atleast Jermaine is gettin it can't speak for La toya and Rebbie and all of them who have their own agenda's aswell.

Is that what he called him? I don't see what he's getting his knickers in a twist for other than Shaefer saying he was disappointed with his opinion that MJ could have drunk propofol...they haven't as far as I can see been nasty to him.

Though I do have to say I'm surprised some one that distinguished would even consider being on the defence side. I bet Walgren asks him if he ever gave propofol at some ones home or would think it's ok to do so.

He will ask that for sure because the dr will be under oath and has to say no.
