april 20th .the witness lied saying mj was given stuff on the 20th when he wasnt he put that fake info into his graph
 
brilliant...he's crossing out so much...absolute rubbish by this witness..typical of the defence.
 
OMFG...the defense's charts are inaccurate. Of course, they are inaccurate to showing MJ had more visits or drugs administered than what's factual.

LOL..Walgren is scribbling and scratching out the extra bars on the charts to correct them.

This is insane.
 
he just won't even answer a simple question...he's asking if he knew conrad murray was MJ's doctor from the public arena as he testified earlier that he took note of the public arena...now he's saying he doesn't pay any attention to the public arena...what a prick

june. what dose on june 2nd on your chart? there wasnt a visit. walgren wipes it off the chart

june 4th? no visit on this day wipes it off the graph

april/may/june you were aware murray was mjs dr? no i didnt know. wouldnt you want to know? no i dont want to know.im intrested in the demoral. u didnt wanna know whos mjs dr was? hes not my paitent? reply subtained. asks again and the dr says it looks like mj had multiple drs!!! piece of shit. asks the question yet again. hedoesnt answer cause of objection

u said u were aware of public reports about mj based on his previous testimony so u were aware that murray was mjs drs? he gives a random answer answer is stricken.
walgren says u brought in outside statements when it suited you interms of mj being an addcit and when it suits you you say you dont follow whats out there in the public arena?
 
Walgren is an absolute boss! I have so much love for that man.
 
chernoff is now complaining that these charts weren't to be shown to anyone...but Walgren pipes up that the defence just put them into evidence...they really do want it both ways.
 
Walgren made a great point. This doctor relied on public info to form his opinion yet he claims he has no public info about whether Murray was MJ's doctor. He's definitely a selective ass.

Im shocked!! This witness made so much up! he says he was given another list. Where is this list?! he brought it not with him, but why does the defense not have it?!

So many mistakes on that chart?!


He gives answers that are not ask!

Why is the judge alloweing this? He wasnt allowing witness from the pros to ask questions, but this quy can ask questiions to walgren. Why?!

They thought there were being slick. But what can we expect.

If they had no plan to put these into evidence they shouldn't have been used by anyone. No one should have even brought them to the courthouse. They are full of it!

Ingelief, I think he lets this happen because he wants to cross examine on these issues.

This is the defense, so we'll have to hold on during direct, but what they say in direct can be used and debunked in cross. So hearing all these horrible theories allows the prosecution to show they're not true. Given all that's been said about Michael, and how the defense is blaming him, I think it's hard, but necessary

I like what I've been reading here, I can't wait to actually watch it later. Looks like Walgren has destroyed the demerol addict story, has he ?? Now think about what was found and where at Carolwood, not consistent with what Wakdman described.
I'm glad Walgren raised the issue of the IV benzos.
 
Walgren held his own which I can say I wouldn't have been able to do, the witness was becoming so irritating that I nearly turned the TV off. I seriously hope the Jury take on board how unresponsive he repeatedly was. If Murray doesn't get convicted, I don't know how I will react.

the courts ruling allows the medical records to be talked about. so there is nothing to object to. the pros did not want klien testifying
 
Walgren was great, but the witness was extremely hostile. The problems with the charts was a waste of time. I think the defense did that on purpose to confuse the jurors when they go back and need to review the evidence. Walgren probably could have spent more time talking about the gaps but it was hard to do becuz the chart was effed up. He spent more time dealing with the errors than making points.

My hope is he has a strategy to deal with this on rebuttal. The Prosecution can then submit their own charts that accurately depict the visits and maybe at that time he will be able to focus on the gaps. If he wants to bring in his own addiction expert, he might be able to at that time.

I think we know what to expect with Dr. White, now. It's going to be like pulling teeth with a pair of tweezers to get info that slams Murray outta that sucka.
