Yea that was B.S how he tried to imply MJ had demoral some where else just because there are gaps in between the dates he went to Klein! He def got paid good by the defense! He just made up his own theory cause he don't want to be wrong! What a A-HOLE!
 
he wouldn't treat a patient who wanted a drug he didn't agree and would refuse to give a dangerous drug to a patient
 
walgrens points out all the laws inregards to proper standard of care. ie keeping records and securing controlled substances in a locked cabinet.

describe the dr/paitent relationship? who makes the decsions as to the proper care given? he says both. u give options and recomend. if they chose not to follow recomendation you try and work something out.walgren mentions informed consent. wlagren asks if the paitent says no to your recomendation what do you do. he says i wont treat them. then walgren asks if the paitent asks for a dangerous drug what do you do. answer is i say NO. to that request

So he said that michaels public behavior indicates an addiction and then said that he got it elsewhere when he didn't visit Klein.

first looked at record had no reason to assume they were incomplete.

Seems chernoff may have persuaded him records were not complete after they reviewed it together
 
Chernoff seriously needs to stop continuing the question before the judge has ruled it sustained or overuled. Idiot.
 
What a fudgemonkey. He's all nicey nicey with Chernoff but he tries to interrupt/speak over Walgren at any given opportunity.
 
Now Chernoff is trying to say the reason the gaps are in the Klein's records is becuz the records may be incomplete; as if Klein didn't give all the records. They have nothing to base that on.
 
chernoff asking if it would be helpful if could have asked klein, or nurses...objection..sustained...well it would be helpful if Murray had records as well... hypocrisy or what.
 
This guy is a horrible expert witness! No credibility whatsoever. Hope the jury tosses out his entire testimony as B.S.

This guy can't explain the gaps inbetween MJ's visits to Kleins office so he is speculating. This is goin no where, this is reaching.
 
They should ask TMZ to testify. TMZ might have the best record when Michael Jackson visited Dr. Klein. lol

that should be objected to interms of speculation.
 
Wow! this guy is a prick. He is making a conclusion that Michael is an addict therefore, he is suspicious that there is a period of gap. Walgren should turn it around and say that perhaps, true to the treatment that Klien is giving (although in my opinion, Klien is also culpable) demarol due to treatment that Michael is getting, botox, etc
 
has the defence actually gone anywhere interms of this or is it just about accusing mj of taking demoral? anything about the demoral effecting the heart etc. cause this just seems to be about throwing mud and not much else

i think so too. whats the point of having him speculate when it isnt based on fact. the bgs also never took him to any other drs office during that time. also many of mjs doctors were investigated and they found no wrong doing.
 
Oh dear. Now Chernoff is talking about drugs being locked up to keep addicts from stealing. Did he forget the defense claimed MJ swallowed his own pills, not the injectible loraz that would have required him to inject as well as the propofol. Are they now going to say MJ injected himself with the loraz, too and that's how it all got into his system? oh man. smh

We saw how hard it was to get propofol out w/the syringe. So MJ was to have fought with that, got the lidocaine, and the lorazepam and went to town...all while Murray stepped out of the room for 2 or now is it 5 minutes? o_O
 
walgren going through the defence exhibit vvv chart DR W did ...and crossing out stuff that was wrong..like chart shows medaz but none were given.

he's got a chart on the x axis that is supposed to show two diff measurements for the diff drugs on the chart...but no key to show which measurement is for which, he has only figure...in other words any one looking at would get confused.

He said I know what the chart means...he thinks it's a clear chart....yes clear as mud
 
The chart is misleading with regards to the milligrams. They are trying to confuse the jury when they go back and review the evidence. If they use that chart without a "Key", they could easily be mislead to think MJ was getting MORE midazolam than he was getting. The defense think they are SLICK. They are entering these misleading charts into evidence knowing darn well they are incorrect and mischaracterize facts. WTF?!

april 6th talking about the graph walgren is implying you made the graph to make it look like mj had loads more of midaz (if im getting what hes saying right) dr says i know what it means i made it for myself
