yes I agree. I understand that they have to go over his qualifications ,but my goodness....those two are putting me to sleep.At this rate this could go on until Monday, By the time the defense is done with him and then Walgren cross examines him.. Rebuttal may not even start until Tuesday,,,,or who knows when at this rate.
 
He started reserching on propofol in 1983 and it was "approved" for maintenance i think in Usa in 1986
 
Dr White said Dr Shafer is a good friend. I wonder if the 2 have talked to each other since Dr Shafer's testimony?
 
How embarrassing was that??? The defense is so disorganized, I had no idea it was even possible. Neither Chernoff nor Flanagan is a good speaker, sometimes they can't even pronounce words from a first go and have to repeat themselves several times to actually get there. I know it's brings more points to the pros, but it's truly embarrassing to watch.
 
not impressed with that question...ANYONE can write a book....look at the Jacksons'
 
he didn't want to get involved in a high profile case...in the death of an icon....didn't want the publicity
 
Got contacted by Flanagan in January this year... His thoughts were he did not want to be involved. He doesn't enjoy public attention.

Flanagan insisted, his wife... In febre he agreed to revise material ...
 
oh some one shoot me...Flanny is so poor in asking questions..

White going through docs he had been sent...including Murrays testimony...he was perplexed in how they came to the conclusion murray was infusing propofol as wasn't obvious to him...if murray had given MJ what he told police he wouldn't have expect MJ to have died.

Of course, mj couldn't have died with the drugs that murray said he gave in that detective interview- that's why murray gave those amounts, it was an interview to get him off the hook not a confession.
 
contacted this january by flanagan. he knew of murrays name. what were your thoughts on this case. wasnt sure he wanted to get involved. im not a public person or enjoy the attention. suggested u send me some info on the case b4 i decide in feb.

lets deal with the elephant in the room can u justify what murray did in giving the dip and leaving his paitent? absoloutly not.

white was sent loads of info on the case prelim testimony from ruffelo etc. he didnt understand how everyone thought it was obvious that it was done via iv. as if murray told the truth about the amounts given mj shouldnt have died.white asked to meet murray. flanagans trying to get into thatm eeting and he cant testify to that .objections substained walgren approaches

very smooth the way flanagan is bringing in the elephant in the room stuff and the pr of i didnt want to get involved
 
Looks like Flanman is going for how Dr White - although reluctant - just HAD to get involved to share the truth in support of CM.
 
Now the Judge has called him Dr. Shaffer...damn lol Dr. White ask do they look a like? Obviously he is finding this offensive now ha ha!
