Walgren made him explain what is necessary for an addict - nothing of which Murray did.

The jury is not going to like this guy.

Especially when you put him up against the EXPERTS Walgren put in front of the jury. Which as we all know were always professional with their answers for BOTH SIDES.

Remember guys this guy is just like Dr. Drew...an addiction specialist.....and you all KNOW how we feel about Drew...he is an ass and he is ignorant,,,he takes any chance that he can take to publicly call Michael an addict an he also says he feels bad for Murray, These types of docs with this personality,,are not likeable people . They are arrogant to the victim.

This witness is annoying, to put it mildly..

Walgren on the other hand is amazing!
 
walgren getting on oto the botox. restalyn or how ever its spelt. its all documented in medical records? yes diagrams etc

when do use demoral? not for 20 years theres better and safer meds

if someones addicted to a drug and they stop is the point of withdrawl depend on the drug. yes and on the quantity etc is june 22nd last . when would u get withdrawl. it depends its got a short half life expect it in 8-10hrs he wouldnt feel well.and it would start from there. (funny cause mj was amazing on the 23/24th WHOOPS
 
would expect to see withdrawals symptoms within a day.

The thing that stood out for me the most in this testimony so far was when he said that would not undermine his colleagues who treated a patient before him.
 
walgren puts up a chart and the dr says thats not mine i didnt make it. the pros say this was given to me claiming it was from you. side bar
 
drs blown it interms of being credible imo in the way hes acted on cross. what an arrogant p***
 
Ut oh...looks like Chernoff and crew have played fast and loose with discovery...gave the wrong chart to Walgren. The doctor has never seen it. So where in sam hell is Dr. Waldman's chart?
 
still claims he didnt create the chart. walgren showing him it. and going through the dates in june and what was given
 
waldren is going through chart with doctor getting him to confirm it's correct with the records he had just looked at during direct with chernoff

Waldren is saying that this evidence is inconsistent of him going through withdrawal...doctor is making up some crap bullshit.
 
Who is this jackass? I've only seen about ten minutes and he already seems like an arrogant son of a bitch.
 
judge asks if there was an objection and chernoff pipes up yes..then judge says he was asking the people if they had an objection :)
 
What has happened is the defense has condensed the chart to remove from sight the actual days of the Month. This doesn't allow the jury to see the gaps BETWEEN the dates MJ visited Klein's office. The defense is only showing a compilation. Defense thinks they are being slick.
 
Props to Walgren, I'd probably have completely lost it by now. What a jerk!
 
this is incosistant with withdrawl within 8-10 hrs?

mj went 3 days.. dr starts going on about high use in april and may. has the question read back again by the court reporter argumentative. arshole. the dr is now saying theres no medical records of the other dates. hes claiming mj went just that theres no records!!! geez this dr has a huge agenda.

have u seen murrays records? as the dr is saying kliens records arent adequate

1 week inbetween injections next

6 days inbetween injections

is this unusual to have withdrawl if theres this much time between injections? now the dr is implying mj was getting demoral from someone else!! inbetween those days. what an arsehole

insomnia and anexity for benzos withdrawl? yes

state rules inregards to loraz? yes? proper storage is one of those rules? he doesnt know he has no idea! yet hes a dr.!!
 
Someone flykick this Doctor's cocky smug look on his face clean off, please. Surprised Walgren hasn't done so yet.
 
Walgren is making him answer questions he doesn't want to answer. Says a doctor should keep medical records for three years in a locked safe.

Ps or was it Lora's that should in a safe and records for three years? I'm so nervous about this testimony that I'm missing some parts
 
LMFAOOO... Flanagan is having a flanazepam attack; rubbing his eyes like "oh ish!" when the dr. said the standard of care for lorazepam means it should be locked up and inventory maintained. Murray did neither. No records...not locked up. It's the LAW.
