Original Pic Used To Fake MJ Ambulance Pic

Well since Oxman is Joe's lawyer that means that Joe and the family knows this info as well and through Brian confirms that the photo is a fake! NICE! But, I knew the day I saw it which was 7 months ago! lol

and that's why I personally do not see Oxman's above speech as an additional confirmation. He's just repeating what the fans told him (same as Joe doing the same thing to Raffles etc). Honestly if they are believing this why don't they get /buy the photo from the photo agency and do an professional examination and come up with hard evidence? I guess I'll never understand Oxman.

Joe and most fans already have an issue with NPG selling this fake image and you want Oxman to go and buy it?:doh:

Im pretty certain this thread has enough evidence. Just because the fans informed him means that what we're saying is BS? We're not 2nd class citizens!

well I said buy/get meaning it they believe this they can file a complaint with the court and get the picture (the original copy) and get it examined professionally.

I don't like you putting words in my mouth, I never said that anybody here is a 2nd class citizen. All I'm saying is that 1)nobody here has access to the original non edited full size photo and 2) nobody here is qualified or have the chance to make a professional examination of the original non edited photo. So therefore that's why we are in the investigative section because we are all speculating and cannot prove hard evidence. and Oxman repeating things said here makes it hearsay.

Honestly saying its fake, discussing about it for 35 pages, innuendos, speculations, tweets etc are simply just talk and it is like pounding sand IMO. By all means if it is fake, if they/you believe you have evidence, if they/you are 100% certain, if they/you have an issue with the photo then they should go ahead demand proof of authentication and if they can't prove it they should sue the agency. I'm all for it. It's not like Joe and Oxman are afraid to sue anybody.

edit: btw none of this change the fact that Oxman is inconsistent with his statements. Remember Oxman and Joe asking for medical records so that they can sue the media outlets that published the photos for invasion of privacy? You can only claim invasion of privacy if the photo is real. if the photo is fake then you have to sue the agency (not the media outlets) for defamation and/or fraud. You can't have it both ways, it's an either/or situation.

for example: if someone takes a naked photo of you and publishes it somewhere you can sue them for invasion of privacy as you have never authorized or approved taking/ publishing of such photo. If someone photoshop your head on a naked body and publishes it somewhere, then you can sue them for defamation saying that they are hurting your reputation.

Isnt a coincidence that the MJ last picture was took by a 'close friend' of MJ? And that the ambulance is going so slow that we can assure that he has time to took his 'fake' picture to tell everybody that its really real. If MJ was going to fake his death, why not giving his friends 10,000,000 from the sells of the photo to do his last picture? (like if he was dead)
 
Dont know if this was mentioned yet since I havent through every post here, but some are saying that maybe MJ gave this fake ambie photo to Ben and his crew????? Just to see where the media takes it and to prove that reporters dont research ANYTHING....just a thought.

Okay the second picture is from this thread the first is a screencap from a youtube video posted in this thread, notice how they both have higher contrast to the released picture, also both of them have identical compression on them, considering there is a HQ version of the ET picture but not one from the "blurred" pic, then its 100% conclusive that the "blurred" pic is made from the other one, so thats the fake

ALSO NOTE HOW THE SIDEBURN LINE ON BOTH PICS RUNS IDENTICAL ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE BREATHING APPARATUS!

I agree, the 2 pics are fake and the first one was made after the second fake one.

The respiratory thing has to go in the mouth, if his head is on the right, its impossible.
 
And I have to show you that, its only the face of MJ that is fake in the picture. All the rest is 100% accurate. It was just not MJ in the ambulance that day.

You guys are missing something else in these pics......Look VERRRRY closely to who is sitting on the gurney...yes SITTING. Its a person that appears to have his hair pulled back and there are no legs to go with this person. SOMEONE is sitting on the gurney......the person in question is by Murray.
There is Murray in the white shirt, a gy in a blue shirt to Murrays right, then another guy in a white shirt. Look between blushirt man and white shirt man.
 
Oh yea I know what u are talking about u can see a light skinned person with side burns and pony tail right in the middle lol This as been talked about on You tube many times on hoax videos! May be if someone posted the pics separately and zoomed in on them we can see it better!;)

So theres only 2 possibilities. It cant be in between because the picture is 100% real, as I just showed to you.

1) MJ faked his own death, the person in the ambulance isnt MJ and they photoshopped his face to put over the 'fake' guy.

2) The picture is 100% real, MJ is dead

And I believe the picture is photoshopped so... MJ is alive..?
 
I think the picture is real. None of you found an identical photo, just similar ones...Of course when you cut his face from photo where he`s lying on the floor with closed eyes and put on ambulace photo it looks similarly, because that`s the SAME person...but they differ. Yeah, you can say that`s Photoshop...but anything, even my pic after hours of work can be changed into final result, so that`s not an excuse. Pictures simply don`t match.

And even if it is fake, you can`t maintain, that MJ is alive, maby that`s just for money.

Lou Ferringo claimed that Michael like to put mannequins in ambulances because it was fun. Probably it was funny to Mike to trick the media.

What is going ON in that photo? Michael had a life-sized mannequin made of himself? Uhm, that is quite unusual? I can't even imagine someone putting a mannequin in an ambulance for fun? Water-balloons dropped from a balcony, maybe. But. . . that photo is extremely strange? It also looks like same pose as the image that was photographed for the ambulance photo. I grow weary. . . .

the above photo is from "leave me alone" video shoot. probably it was easier to use a mannequin then having him lie down for still shots.

edit: apparently that was a body double.

Michael in the ambulance pic look like that of the mannequin. And yes its from the Leave Me Alone music video for the stop motion animation.

Even if the picture is FAKE it doesn't mean Michael is ALIVE! He's gone whether the pic is real or not.

Most of the people that believe the picture is fake believe also that it was montaged for money, not that it is an evidence for hoax.

Sad but true. I don't know what's going on with this picture but even if it's really fake I don't believe in the hoax theories at all.
