there's no such thing as resting your case and then changing your mind and deciding to unrest your case and continue. It's apparently a misunderstanding on their part.

For the last hour the defence Chernoff and flannagan have been in judges chambers discussing new evidence

Discussing whether or not they are going to allow this priveleged info in as evidence Appartently it is from murrays cell phone

Walgren is in now with the judge apparently looking at this evidence before this new witness is called by the people

The evidence is said to be screenshots and voice messages from Murrays phone records

oh pls do not misunderstand me. please give us reports from the ustream.

I just wanted to warn people not to jump on those information until it can be verified from multiple sources that's all.

i wonder2.. i think tito may still be on tour. i dont know about any of marlon ventures. also i stay in atlanta, and the southeast is snowed in and this is kinda hetic for us cause it usually doesnt snow in the south and actually stick.. so i dunno if that has anything to do with it

intresting are they talking about dr/paitent privialge? cause what would be on ,murrays phone from june that would be classed as lawyer/client privilage

Ok I thought Erin is inside the courtroom? Is she somehow reporting back to friends who in turn report it on the Ustream?

What kind of electric devices are allowed inside?

I forgot Atlanta got snow... possibly another reason Marlon hasn't been able to come.

Court was in recess while the judge and lawyer review these new screen caps and other info which is why she was able to call them and give them an update.

No, no, there's a recess. Or was. A break. Because they are reviewing the new evidence. So she called in during that break.
