KFI crime reporter "bodyguard at prelim: MJ looked dead long before 911 call, Doc Murray confided he'd never done CPR before trying to revive Jackson"

still crazy.. do you remember in a interview that frank gave, he said the nurse told them that mj had been brain dead for over two hours??? i believe they were only at the hospital for about an hour at that point.

Propofol is given thru a a bolus injection first to knock a person out then it is dripped contusions to keep a person to out

No drugs were detected in approximately 17g of clear liquid from a long section of IV tubing to an IV bag plug.
- No drugs were detected in approximately 0.38g of clear fluid from am 1000cc IV bag.
so only one iv bag was ever found?. this is the bag that contained the fluids that alberto said he was told to leave. the bag alberto is testifying about was never found?

Dr. Conrad Murray Prelim: Day 2 Part I

Yes, I am her for day two. I'm in the hallway on first break. I only have a second. Alberto Alvarez is on the stand, describing the scene inside Michael Jackson's bedroom right before and after the paramedics arrived. It's very amazing testimony. The rest of my notes from yesterday will be going up later tonight. I will try to do some at lunch, but lunch is only and hour and sometimes it takes over 10 minutes just to get down to the cafeteria. The elevator bays are packed!

I arrived late and got to see the Jackson family be escorted into an elevator that the deputies reserved for them. I recognized La Toya, but not any of Michael's brothers. I'm sure there were a few. I'll try to post more at lunch, approve comments and reply to my emails. Thank you all for reading!

in tv they said he will only get 4 years. i dont understand why only 4 years?!
will he at least loose his license for practising as a doctor? :(

Inside courtroom rumor (means as of now this is being mentioned by one person only and is not confirmed) : Alvarez mentioned Prince and Paris seeing their dad and Paris crying and screaming.

Bodyguard says Michael Jackson doc concealed vials

by ANTHONY McCARTNEY AP Entertainment Writer 02:35 AM Jan 06, 2011

LOS ANGELES (AP) - A bodyguard says he saw a doctor charged in Michael Jackson's death grab a handful of vials and put them in a bag during frantic efforts to revive the King of Pop.

Alberto Alvarez was the first security guard to reach the bedroom where prosecutors say Murray administered a fatal dose of the anesthetic propofol to Jackson on June 25, 2009.

The 34-year-old testified Wednesday he was frozen at the sight of Jackson on the bed with his eyes and mouth open. He says Murray ordered him to place several vials the doctor had scooped up into a brown canvas bag.

Alvarez says the events occurred before he was told to call 911.

CNN In Session "After describing how he helbed put items in a bag for Murray, Alvarez says he was the first to call 9-1-1."

muarry must have stopped giving cpr to do all of that. also isnt alvarez on the 911 tape???

I am so confused. Is it not possible that he is privvy to info we are not? That there was more equiptment, more being hidden, more stuff going on than they found out about at the scene the next day?

This is very important to remember. For the past year and a half we have been given some information (some accurate, some speculative) and we have based our beliefs on what we 'knew'.

Now it is time to throw away what we think we 'know' and let the prosecution and witnesses talk to us (so to speak). Some things may contradict what we believe but it does not make them untrue.

CNN In Session "Alvarez said he helped Conrad Murray give chest compressions & that Murray said that was the first time he'd given mouth to mouth."

KFI crime reporter "bodyguard at prelim: MJ looked dead long before 911 call, Doc Murray confided he'd never done CPR before trying to revive Jackson"

The security chief alleges he and another guard, Alberto Alvarez, saw Murray crouched next to Jackson's bed "in a panicked state asking, 'Does anyone know CPR?'"
He adds, "I looked at Alberto because we knew Dr. Murray was a heart surgeon, so we were shocked."

When defence lawyer Ed Chernoff asked whether Murray was only asking for help because he was tired, Muhammed replied, "The way that he asked it is as if he didn't know CPR."

.. & then he had to be told by the 911 operator that MJ should not recieve CPR on the bed..

:mello:

:(

Thanks Nancii, this is very true.

ivy, thankyou so much for keeping us informed as always.

that what it seems unless he meant that 1000ml empty propofol vial. But if he asked him to leave it there ( the bag with clear substance) why was it found later hidden with everything else?

this info is from the autopsy report. the autopsy doesn't mention another bag to my knowledge. it's possible there was a second bag found on the scene, but the autopsy report relates to the hidden bag found later on june 6/29/09.

The autsopy report says that they found one bag with no drugs in it. Lets wait and see what the AP says not relay on TMZ

ivy you're awesome. Thanks so much for these updates. And yes just remember I know its really difficult not to get upset, believe me I'm finding it really hard, but just remember how these are trickles of info that we're getting through and not overanalyse every bit of info we have. As Nancii said let the witnesses talk to us. Don't take one small part of the tesimonies and run with it.

Thanks for the updates.

I'm just waiting this to be over and Murray paying for his actions.. such an unbelievable situation, makes me cry my eyes out :(

But if he asked him to leave it there ( the bag with clear substance) why was it found later hidden with everything else?
yeha it doesnt make sense. is tmz the only one reporting this ? if so maybe its crap

Thank you, Ivy. Please keep it goin with updates.

I'm totally numb now. More details, esp. about Prince and Paris, and Michael lying there lifeless....

We'll learn more. Due to the limited communication most reliable sources (AP etc) report only after a witness finishes testifying.

It seems like some people are getting the initial bits out because of a break. Detailed reports aren't available for the time being.

Much of what is coming out during the preliminary hearing is what we fans here at MJJC figured out on our own back in 2009 while we were piecing together a tentative timeline.

Murray screwed up and tried to cover it up before getting real help for MJ. By the time the real help got there it was too late.

i thought alvarez was on the tape..
but what i dont understand alvarez did call 911 right but also how many minutes later? why isnt he also being charged why did he helped murray clean some up?

and is it possible that the autopsy report is for that time and the bag with the wite subtence is found or later or was not edit to the report?

As was mentioned yesterday the court banned any comunication inside the courthouse ie cameras, recording equipment, and phones so updates wont be as fast as we expect. They are coming out though.

i thought the reporters at the other room had a audio and video feed so they could recorded everything right? than there is going to be a transript.. if everyword is being taped?

Alvarez is on the tape, he was the one who made the call. Try not to judge him, he walked into a horrific situation, he had a doctor of all people telling him what to do, and had two young children in the doorway watching. I know most people involved in that situation, which your body reacts to with shock, would automatically go by what a doctor, who is meant to know what to do in that situation, would tell them to do.
