Every single time I think about 9/11 it just makes me all the more glad that I took these pictures of the World Trade Center. Back in early April of 1995. I was 15 years old then and I was on a class field trip going to see the Statue Of Liberty.
This was my most closest shot I had taken of the towers. I was on the ferry on my way out to see the statue. And this is my favorite picture I had taken of those towers.

These pictures were taken when I was at the Statue Of Liberty.

It is still just so very sad and horrific of what had happen that day. I was 21 years old that day. I was so upset to see on the tv my favorite New York City buildings being destroy the way they were. And the way all those poor people in those buildings had died such horrific deaths. It still just makes me so very angry that they haven't caught the evil monster that was responsible for those attacks. That had killed so many innocent people. It was just this past Thursday night on the HIStory Channel they were showing a new 2 hour long program about those attacks. And as many times I had seen those video footages of those attacks on the World Trade Center and The Pentagon over the years. It is still just as shocking to see them now as they were back then. And when I think how many people had died in those buildings it is just so extremely horrible of what had happen to them. May they forever rest in peace. :rip:
Thank you for your beautiful photos. I miss those buildings so much. I'm a New Yorker, born and raised. I had walked through and around those buildings many, many times. But I never bothered to take a photo or visit the observation deck or really appreciate them while they were still standing. I guess as a New Yorker I took many wonders like this for granted. Well, not after 9/11/01.
