Some guy on CNN says he spoke to a Jackson family member (pre-verdict) who suggested that if they lost they would appeal
Just a question...
I get Murray was hired as Michaels regular doctor but Murray must have seen Michael detoriating as well. He knew AEG were on him (meeting at the house indicated they were alarmed of what was going on with Michael), AEG talked with him and Dileo asked him to take a blood test on Michael. He knew what he was doing.
He continued to give MJ propofol and there are no evidence he stopped with that. Murray did not pull out and refer Michael to a specialist. Isnt that what a doctor being there for general care should have been able to do in any case??? To take care of the patient?
No. why bother?
They're busy cooking up another stupid letter to the executors. They seem to enjoy taunting John Branca for some reason.

You have no way of knowing the suicide attempt was connected to the trial. Michael adored his mother and would be ashamed of the abuse she gets.
They are going after the Estate executors next. Watch.
It was basically the wording of question #2.
yes even a general medical doctor would refer their patient to someone else with more knowledge.murray knew what he was doing to michael.he saw mj die for each day and yet he did nothing to help him. even though murrayy wasnt hired to pump propofol into mjs system, as a general doctor he saw michael detoriate and had to get him help. he didnt. so how was he a competent and fit doctor, even as a general doctor in this context???? please someone explains this to me.
this is what happenes when you get $150,000/month. murray cared more about his paycheck than his patient.
Does this mean Randy Jackson has got to get a job lol.
Yes. but that's not what question 2 was about. question 2 was about finding out whether Murray was qualified to take on the task of providing general health care. he was more than qualified considering that he's a trained cardiologist.
The negligent part was related to whether aeg knew or shd have known murray was incompetent and cause harm, nothing to do with whether he was licensed or not to be a cardiologist.this also fit well into the negligent hiring. had he not been qualified then one would have concluded that AEG negligently hire him.

Katherine will spend her remaining years on earth in whichever way she can to get $$, if the way involves selling out Michael and/or his kids or his estate so be it, even if it means being involved in some shady lawsuit/deal/kidnapping until she takes her last breath, her kids who are all AARP members themselves will not allow her otherwise.I hope they won't appeal this. Katherine needs to stop this now.
Tom Meserau live now:
"I would never dream of they would find Murray competent and fit".

That's your interpretation of 'was murray competent to perform general health care' which i imagine is what the jurors went for, seeing there was unanimity. Mj was declining for the 2 months that murray was hired as his doctor - everybody testified to that including murray himself, and losing weight at a time when he needed to building up his weight for the tour - i wd have thought that would have clearly made him an incompetent 'general healthcare' doc. And no, there is nothing in the jury instructions to say they had to determine competentce at point of hiring ie 1 may.
The negligent part was related to whether aeg knew or shd have known murray was incompetent and cause harm, nothing to do with whether he was licensed or not to be a cardiologist.
In a way i think it's moot, the real sticking point wd be in q 3, the foreseeability aspect of knowing murray was going to kill mj - i'm not sure how the jury cd have got through that one with those jury instructions.
Shame aeg felt they had to spend so much of the trial dragging mj and trying to put the blame for mj's death all on him rather than murray. They should have had more confidence in their own case.
You called it.
4:34PM PDT: The jury foreman just explained the logic behind the verdict. They felt Murray was competent to do the job for which he was hired -- to be a good general practitioner. Jurors felt Murray had gone to a good school and was qualified. The juror added, "That doesn't mean we felt he was ethical. Had that question been in there, it could have been a different outcome"
