Listen to Donny Hathaway's "This Christmas" first!

Since there are relatives of multi beliefs in my small family, we enjoy music that can celebrate faith in many forms. This song embraces all, and whatever noise is going on, it's get silent when this particular song is played. Hope that someone else can enjoy this as much as we do.

Celine Dion and Josh Groban- The Prayer. Absolutely beautiful.

Speaking of I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus by Jackson 5, when Mike says "I'm gonna tell my daddy" and "I did! I did! I really did see Mommy kissing Santa Claus. You gotta believe me! You just gotta believe me! Come on, fellas, believe me! You just gotta believe me!", it cracks me up :D:lol: and brings me a smile:) and makes me hope he was actually in a good mood while recording...

I always get excited when Last Christmas by Wham! is starting to play on the radio, not because it's a Christmas song, but because it's a beautiful song and we only hear it at this time of the year.

Apart from that, I'm not a big fan of Christmas songs, I find most of them horrible, corny and cringeworthy. In our family, we used to sing ourselves on Christmas eve, we didn't play Christmas music. In recent years we have started to play music from a CD, but it's mainly classical music, that's a little better. I grew up with traditional Christmas songs from my country and we used to sing them, not listen to them on a CD. I don't like most commercial versions of Christmas songs.
