what is that?well, as always, I am pulling for him....and its times like this.. I wish he was a private citizen...
I would have said that a few months ago but he seems to be leaving it near the edge and this refinacing is troubling. I bet Sneddon sabbotage the deal.Michael WILL NOT loose Neverland. Watch.
Michael doesn't want to loose his ranch. And haven't we seen stuff like reported before......with documentation? And when it all washes out, one Michael Jackson is still the owner of Neverland Ranch.
well he has 3 weeks to do something.. where's the statement from Raymone?
Are fans really entitled to know about this kinda stuff? no. Its MJ's business what he does with his money and where he lives.
but it's public, so of course the fans will ask.. Besides Raymone issued a statement saying it wasn't in default and that Michael was not going to lose it.![]()
And so that statement still stands. Fans dont need a statement for everything. WHen plans are final and stuff then we'll know. If MJ loses the property, then we'll know. If he doesn't.we'll know then too.
At this point, WHO CARES what the media has to say.I would hope she reissues another statement, because of course the media will quote Friedbrain's article word for word
Something doesn't smell right in all of this. First we hear that Sneddon was drinking a toast to owning Neverland at christmas. Now this. Why did the bank file default papers when MJ was barely behind with the payment and was at that time refinancing the loan? Up until that time he was in regular payment. Why were they so keen on filing papers so soon? Something doesn't sit right in all of this.^_^At this point, WHO CARES what the media has to say.
Anyway, they will have their hand's full watching Hilliary and Obama. LOL!
Man, I bet Ms. Bain is about to be bombarded with e-mails from some of the fans.
what is that?
Yes, I agree. And the way I look at it, he won't have to pump any more money into that place. It was costing him an arm and a leg to maintain. He can save all of that. He can always buy another home. Someplace else.Well... Michael is okay. His kids are okay. They are living the "high" life in Las Vegas.
Neverland is a thing of the past.
then whats so private about that?where all his business is open for the world to see...
Yes. This is official, not just a Roger Friedman rumor. The official five page notice was legally filed by the County of Santa Barbara County Recorder as of yesterday... The entire issue has been extremely complicated. He did appear in default with Santa Barbara from the middle of October through approximately November 27th, but then his name and the Neverland estate were removed from the list of those in default. Raymone stated in November that he was in the final stages of refinancing and the he wasn't actually in default nor would he be losing Neverland. A $610,000 tax lien on Neverland was cured recently, which at times can be a precursor to a public auction.

Forever-Mike, there is an actual court document informing the holder that there will be an auction on 19 March at 1 pm. The think I can't get is why did the bank not willing to refinace? Something just doen't sit well. The place was hardly in default if the last payment was in October. Why was Sneddon bragging at christmas about owning Neverland? Something is not right about this.
