Did MJ Find Love In The Dark (continued)

Erm.. When he almost grabs her boob? :mello: JK...

Or....... On the first verse he gets his line wrong and sings "My Life Ain't Worth Living If I Can't Be With You"
Instead of singing, " This Time Is Forever Love Is The Answer "

I know that's most likely not what you are talking of, but just the things I have spotted that I can think of right now. LOL
OMG, Lorraine! I cracked up when I first saw him almost grab her boob!! It was sooo funny! He had to hurry up and catch himself before he did it! Too cute!

*chanting and holding up a banner* "We wanna know already!! We wanna know already!!!"  Which part did you mean? MJ emphasizing "I'm. so. proud. to. say. I love you"..? I didn't really have any "ooooooh!!!!" moments during that song really....  All I thought was that MJ was uhm....how should I put it....reeeeeeallly getting into it. If you know what I mean? (See one of Lorraine's comments in her post...   But I thought it was one of the best and most amazing performances ever...even though it was "just" a rehearsal. Imagine that duet in a concert and MJ grabbing that female singer and all that....the crowd would have gone CRAZY and I bet it would have been mentioned all over the newspapers! A fabulous performance!! That singer, Judith was really great too. (anyone saw the pic of her with MJ when she had the short sparkly silver dress on....I'm willing to bet that *cough* "someone" was liking the legs.  Wasn't it said somewhere that one of the things on girls MJ liked was long legs?
I loved their performance and yep MJ was rrrrrreally getting into it! :D

AllforMJ, you found another clue?

*waits eagerly patiently*

Oookayyy, I'll see if I can help you all to see what I see. :giggle: *Handing everyone 3D glasses so it will jump out at them* LOL

Here goes...

You'll first need to click on the below link to watch footage of MJ's "I Just Can't Stop Loving You" rehearsal for his Dangerous tour. After watching it fully, think about his "I Just Can't Stop Loving You" rehearsal for "This Is It" while keeping in mind that he's acting very animated and cheerful while singing. Thennnnn, go and listen to the actual song on the CD while paying close attention to what he said at the end around the part where he starts saying "Oh..oh...oh..." so you'll notice what he's not emphazing now. After that, you'll prrrrrrobably be able to notice what I've noticed in his "I Just Can't Stop Loving You" rehearsal for "This Is It" and what he seems to be saying with it now.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ggt-3_KqmOk

Oh! I almost forgot! And also think about the way that he added the word "because" during his "This Is It" rehearsal for "I Just Can't Stop Loving You" and when and how he said it. Lastly, think about the way that he extended his left hand at the very end of the song and the last word he sung while doing it.

Waiting to see who catches on first... :D

ok teacher, tell us, tell us, tell us. I've been a good little student today, spill the beans on it!

I didn't see "This is it" yet and can't view youtube very well.

Come on guys, you heard our teacher! Do the homework for our test and hurry up back with the answers so we can cheat in pure bliss together!!!!!!!!!!!!

wow this is such an active thread its taken me weeks trying to catch up! Yes 'synergy' I like that, so true! Hopefully the actual lyrics will surface soon. I have to say that when reading thru so many pages what got me laughing and still does is someone sharing their dreams of mj and her and saying she has cleavage....only in ones dreams! lol...I wish I can find that post again and print it off and whenever I am down it would definitely perk me up well except for my cleavage! oh its too funny!

LOL, I'm glad you enjoyed reading about the dream(s) I had and about her having cleavage. It's what our Michael wanted to reveal about her.

lol SOS ... i mean someone in here will find out more or of course maybe his lady comes out... or more stories will come out like the one of his bodyguards..so thats what i meant. its just a feeling i have that soon we will find out the truth ( so about 1 or 2 years) hugggs..

Hi everyone, you have had some really good posts lately, from what I have been able to skim through over the past few minutes. :) I can just never keep up anymore.

I do have a request. Some of you have tried to contact me via Facebook. Unfortunately because the names are different between here and there, I cannot tell who it really is. Also I am not trying to be disrespectful or anything, but on that page I only accept people I know or who have need to connect with me. I have another page which is in the works which will be open to the general public later. So please, if you have requested me via Facebook, will you PM me please and let me know? Also if any of you ever do contact me via FB in the future, please let me know who you are (i.e. your user name here). Thanks so much, I REALLY appreciate it, more than you know. God bless you all, I love you.

btw did anyone noticed that he sang the song not sure it was spechless i guess. where he says i love you ..in such a way... like hey i really love...

Your love is magical, that's how I feel
But I have not the words here to explain
Gone is the grace for expressions of passion
But there are worlds and worlds of ways to explain
like i love you

this was the part..its in the beginning of the movie...after wanna be starting something...
did anyone noticed it?

Well I gave myself I suppose I'd say closure with some words of encouragement last night from someone :cheeky: :flowers: and I did go see the movie this morning. I felt an unexplainable emotion leaving the theatre, but it was worth it.

I'm still trying to figure out what LITD messages if any there are. MJ certainly was vocally expressive and animated in "I Just Can't Stop Loving You". I noticed the lyric change but the left hand gesture seemed to be something he would always do, gesturing out to the crowd. He did do that little come on over here finger gesture to the singer with his right hand but I didn't see that as anything since he was being so animated throughout the entire song. I'll wait to hear others interpretations.

There were 2 songs that hit me to the core, "Earth Song" which I loved the entire presentation, it was beautifully done. :) The other is "Speechless". Just that one line the way he sang it, I cried instantly .....that's the one song that I felt the greatest emotion from as if it was a message to someone, especially the way he said "I love you" to the camera.

I didn't hear "I Hadn't Anyone Til You", and I know it's credited, where was that in the film?

Actually he sings "Your love is magical...that's how I feel...but there are worlds and worlds of ways to explain....to tell you.........*shrugs* I love you..." And to me he looks a bit sad, or I don't know, what's the word ...frustrated maybe ...when he sings the "I love you" part....You know, sort of like *shrugs* "I love you....can't you see?" :( or something like that. I'm not so sure about it being intended as a sign or a message since the movie was never planned to happen, it was just rehearsals...But at least it maybe gives a glimpse into how he was feeling or how that song made him feel. The way he sang the SPeechless thiingy and especially the I love you part kind of looked like he was thinking about someone, but couldn't really get "through" to that person for some reason. Or he was thinking about some past relationship maybe (with Lisa maybe?) and feeling he really did/does love her...but she just didn't/doesn't seem to get it. Which would explain the "feeling frustrated part", I guess. Anyways...just my "analysis" of it.

I still haven't been able to find any part that would have "I Hadn't Anyone Til You" in it either...but maybe I'm lookinh in the wrong places or maybe it's just a really quick part or just an instrumental or something like that.At one point I thought that maybe they meant to credit the movie "In a Lonely Place" (I think that's what it was called) the song was from...but wouldn't they then write the movie title in the credits and not a song title? Anyways...that song title in the credits is still a mystery to me. :timer:

yes sure you are right.i didnt explicitely wrote the same lyric of the song he sang in the movie..i m a bit a lazy person in that.need to thank you for that. i just searched only the lyrics on the net from that part...hehe.. i agree with you summer he does look sad. this love he feels is real but a sad one..i still think he loves someone from afar.he isnt in touch with this lady. of course this is my opinion.it is like he gots this love feeling from her but isnt that much sure how to handle it. anyway i hope some new clues come...waiting patiently for the anticipation of sos, allformj, ape, and more and more ppl. :)

Hey, everyone! As you may know, I'm leaving staff on MJJC. There is a thread about it, here:

http://www.mjjcommunity.com/forum/showthread.php?t=81433&page=7

This is a positive decision for me. I stayed on as staff after Michael's passing to offer what support and comfort I could. There is no time-limit to grief, but now it's time for me to return to my own creative work (the WRITING!)

I know I haven't posted that much in here, but I DO read, and I wanted to inform you here in this little place about my decision. I'd just like to say I'm impressed by your insights and analytical skills (whether or not your conclusions are accurate, no one can really know?) I think it's excellent that this discussion managed to continue in here, and that gave me hope that at least some people would be ok?

When Michael passed, reality shifted, in a way. His passing brought up many questions about the nature of death, about each person's spiritual beliefs, even about time/space, and about love, itself, as a positive force.

I'll be around. Just not as often as before, and not as "Senior Staff."

Good luck with everything!

Vic

Vic,I wish all the best, really..... Good luck for you. I hope you come back some day to this thread just to say hello:)

Thank you so much for hanging with all of us during the good times and the tough times, Victoria, but especially the tough times. You brought a lot of comfort to many.

:flowers:

Vic, you'll be missed. Here's wishing you well with your writing. I know it will be amazing. Hopefully you'll still post here and there in the forum, especially this thread now and then. :)

I'll check out the links, thanks! Can someone please post all of them together in a post so i can find them easier, that would be much appreciated....i am still a pc novice and have a tendency to get lost in these threads.
Queen G ...thanks for the pm and just to let you know I have tried to reply however it says you dont accept mail or something like that. is it broken or some glitch or something?

Victoria, i truly wish you the best. I hope, and I mean SINCERELY hope, that your writing goes well. You deserve it.

If nothing else, I shall wish you farewell. Your presence will be missed, most certainly, but I understand.

It is my hope, that one day, you will get your answers. Stay on the path of God's enlightenment, and "lean not on your own understanding". All will reveal itself in due time. Depend only on God for that, and no one else. You are an amazing, loving person. God bless you, forever and ever.

"Off The Wall" was the start of his solo career and is the album where he gave us our first real glimpse into what he felt about being in relationships. He also was partying with this album.

"Thriller" is the album where he showcased his talent for making videos and it is also the album where
he showed us his sensual side and how romantic he is.
He was having a lot of fun with the ladies that he sung about in this album.

:punk:

"Bad" is the album where he really got a chance to break wide and
dance...dance...dance the way he wanted
. He also started
singing love songs about getting married.

:punk:

"Dangerous" is the album where he started
showing his spiritual side
and it is also the album where he started letting us know that his heart was being broken by someone that he loved very much. He was trying everything to get her back. He even cried out in agony over losing her.

"HIStory" is the album where he showed
that he was starting to
felt deeply troubled.
His life was now in turmoil.
He didn't like it and he wanted everyone to know that he didn't like it.

With the HIStory Past Present Future Book I Album

Mr.Jackson...

Source: Truth Of Justice Nothing IS Black Or White (c) 1995

"Invincible" is the album where he started showing that he was terribly hurt as well as fed up with being hurt. It is also the album where he let it be known that the women were being very uncooperative. They were trying to play him for a fool, playing hard to get or making it hard for him to hold on to them. He was starting to feel like things were hopeless.

"Number Ones" is the album where he revealed that he wanted one more chance at love and it is
with this album that he started revealing through his music that he had his heart set on someone
new. From there the tone of his love songs changed and became positive.
From there he started taking steps to turn his life around and put the pieces of it back into place.

:punk:

We're going to listen to him starting from HIStory since we've already gone through the other albums before it.

We will start by listening to a song that is not a love song, but is the song where he expressed what it felt like being abandoned in his fame. It is the song where he said he felt cold. It is the song where he said the rain had come. It is the song where he said he was living lonely. It is the song that I started this thread with.

Stranger In Moscow
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xfZz-q8CRLE

Before his HIStory album, he used to keep most of his feelings to himself. He stopped doing this and instead started letting his feeling out. While listening to his
HIStory album
it is not hard to understand what he is saying.
He is speaking loud and clear.

:punk:Absolutely Without Any Doubt In My Mind..!

Everything he said on his "Invincible" album is easy to understand as well from track 1 on through to track 16. He was still being honest about his feelings even as he wept. He titled his album after the track that is about a woman that was not giving in to him. The music that he chose for this song is similar to the music that he chose for the song just before it which is about a woman that was playing him.

When
he is singing about someone that he feels comfortable with
, he does not use such music that we hear with these two songs. It is quite the opposite as he started doing later on and continued doing.
When he is courting in song, the music says he is. When he feels loved, the music says he does.

When he's not feeling loved, that is when we end up hearing a song like this...a song that has music that says the woman is working on his nerves and causing discord.

Heartbreaker
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qw3p6u-5Zug

The song that he chose to name his album after is about a woman that is not showing him any interest no matter what he's doing to get her attention. He placed this song right next to "Heartbreaker" and they share the same tone. The music in both is saying there is a feeling of dissatisifaction.

Invincible
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=miBfwWHSmb8&NR=1

When he was happy, he did not sound like he does in this next song either and he also did not used to say what he is saying in this song when he was actually happy...

Don't Walk Away
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qDnosW-dG8I

Recording multiple songs about dissatisfaction and placing them on the same album together is not what he used to do when he felt like he had love in his life. This is what he started doing whenever he was feeling heartbroken.

In order for someone to convince themselves that he did not sound like he was in love by the time he got to his "Number Ones" CD, they would have to ignore the beautiful sound that they hear coming from him and also the words that they hear him saying about being in love.

He selected the song "One More Chance" as the new song for his "Number Ones" CD. It is a love song that he did the string arrangement for himself. And keep in mind that he released this beautiful love song while he was still going through all of the chaos that was created by the documentary that had let him down.

One More Chance
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IqAtnrtwuTA

By the time he had released this next beautiful love song, that he worked on in 2004, he was going through the hardest thing he ever had to deal with while alive and it was caused by that same documentary that had let him down. He was now fighting for his freedom and even although he was, he still felt compelled to express his feelings for his special someone. He not only sounds like he is in love in this song, but he sounds like he is helplessly in love. And this is after saying the year before that all he needed was one more chance at love...one more chance.

Beautiful Girl
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gf-9t7F8LuI

Right next to "Beautiful Girl" he places this next song which is also about him being in love with someone and it is in this song that he says she took the rain away. When did he say the rain started? It was around the time that he had recorded "Stranger In Moscow" and that was a very long time ago. That cold storm lasted for many years. He had revealed in "One More Chance" what he needed to get out of the cold and from listening to what he later said
in "Beautiful Girl," he received what he needed.
The tone of the music is saying it, his voice is saying it and the words he is singing are saying it.

:punk:

In his song "The Way You Love Me" you will notice that he is now starting to mainly use the word "you" while singing to her and he sounds elated in this song.

The Way You Love Me
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yWu5lOiLZxQ

He continues only using the word "you" while singing "For All Time" too, and he is still expressing his love, but he goes a step further and tells her their hearts belong so well and their souls are embracing, and he mentions the rain going away again.

For All Time
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fAAyvAPTseQ

See, he was
a very deep man. He knew he needed to seek love that was divine,
as he mentioned in "Someone Put Your Hand Out" or it would never reach him.
True love is not carnal. True love is spiritual. Only true love can reach the heart, mind and soul. Only true love could fill him up and strengthen him. Only true love can go with him no matter where he goes.

Also, have you guys notice that
he always
used to sing
and talk about the light...
just like he did in "This Is It?"
It is because this world is dark.It was very hard for him to find love in it.
It took him a very long time, but as he said, she came in time.
Therefore, we'll just have to take his word for it. He should know.

And about the way that he kept saying "I can't stop"
at the end of the
"I Just Can't Stop Loving You" rehearsal...
That was similar to what he did at the end of "One More Chance."

:punk:I don't know about you...but...I know God has given me enough light to believe that "The force of L.O.V.E "truly does" have allot of power..!"

In Michael's words, It's all for Love. L.O.V.E. Always remember that in life. Treat others with respect around you and always spread peace wherever you go. :) The world has too much negative energy in it right now..We need to bring the love back. :)
Hugs to all of you! :)

Well, let me just think about this. Okay, does he have a good reason in my book to be frank in such a way as saying "suit yourself" after him saying to her "you said you really know me"? Yeah, I think it's totally appropriate, because I personally think if "she" said that, she is being mighty presumptious!

What if she only knows him through a spiritual connection like we have often suggested in this thread, or even add in the possibility that they "may" have interacted online, but with him not being known as "him," well, where does she get off to thinking she can possibly "really know him" by that? Or enter in the fact that she knows everything about him because he has lived in a fish bowl his whole life, but does that really give anyone a true understanding of the man, or give anyone the right to claim they really "know him"?

How can someone really know anyone if they haven't spent actual time with the individual in person? Now one can say, and I do believe this can be true, that God can show someone a lot about another person, in a revelatory sort of way, but if "she" has fortunately been shown some things about him, I would hope she would still remain humble and knows she only knows because God so graciously has allowed her to know some things and for her not to take much credit herself.

I'm wondering.
Could she be a cocky little thing...is she pompous?

"Oooooooooh, Michael, I've never even met you actually...but....I REALLY know you...yep, through and through."

Yeah, whatever, suit yourself.

I think "the one" is quite the opposite...and much more like the reflection of the "Man In The Mirror" ...:punk:

Otherwise I don't feel Mr.Jackson and/or The One would ever to be able to "completely trust each other" with sharing many of their private thoughts, and feelings with each other..!

:angel:Heal The World...WE Are The World...Education IS The Key~~~

I don't understand why it's so difficult. It's all laid out there.
I can't really tell anymore about it though, cause there's nothing more to tell.

:punk:Rock On~~~

:angel:Heal The World...WE Are The World...Education IS The Key~~~

I'm curious what other people think too. It could be either I guess. Or both?

That's a good point. And I think it was Asedora that mentioned that the lyrics were not included with the CD. If we are having this much trouble figuring out what he says in this song, I guess the folks at Sony who would be responsible for printing up the lyrics (with somewhat accuracy) would also. Looks like they didn't even attempt it. lol.

"this" makes a bit more sense then "it." I like that, good job.

AllForMJ noted to us that in the song, This Is It, MJ has the girl saying a lot. She said this, she said that.

Here is basically what "she" had to say:

1. she said she really knows him, too
2. she said she's gonna live/leave it for herself

3. she said (at some point) she didn't want him hanging round

4. she said she was some of it/this herself

5. she said she wanted to go with him all the while

Do you think this would be enough for her to help identify herself as his love interest
(if she still doesn't fully realize it's her)?

No...at least for me...any person that is chosen to be "the one" to another no matter who they are would want verification..."Trust is earned not acquired..!"

Here is what he is saying in the song:

1. He's got a love in his heart he can feel and he knows it is real

2. He knows she's got addicted with her eye
(if you hear this, it's still up for debate).

:punk:

3. over the years, after she was "gone" he never heard a single word about her

4. Falling in love (with her?) was in his plan

5. He never thought he would be a lover let alone her lover

6. he feels like he's known her forever and he acknowleges to her that he knows she has seen his face before (in person)

7. he tells her they both can feel this is real, and it is important to him that she knows, that she knows, that she knows, their love is real and his love for her is real.

8. He wants her to understand.
Understand "something." (what is that something? There's the mystery)

:punk:

9. He's been healed

10. This song they can save (their song)and please let it play (he's anxious for her to listen long and closely to this song to guaranteee she get's all that he is trying to communicate to her in the song)

11. He knows now it's true she wanted to go with him afterall, all the while, even though he never knew that all this time
(learning this might have been one of the things that helped "heal him
" from past wounding associated with her)

12. One of his favorite animals is the gazelle

13. He feels "this is it!" and she's the one for him!

:punk:

I would love to hear anyone elses thoughts on any of this.
Do you think all he's saying is clear? Do you think he makes it clear just what it is that is important to him for her to understand?

Yes, I think the one would understand...if this person didn't one would have to be aweful blinded by their own light not to see.

Are we eavesdropping on their private discourse goin' on here? haha.

Nah...I don't think so...Mr.Jackson would enjoy us analizing, interpretating his compositions with our thoughts...

I think
thats what mj was looking for - to be healed from all the pain he suffered over the yrs. He needed someone strong to make him strong.

:punk:and understand where he is coming from...

I wholeheartedly agree...

:angel:Heal The World...WE Are The World...Education IS The Key~~~

And maybe
she needed someone strong to make her strong, and his type of inner-strength was just what she needed.

Here goes as well...

The emphasis that is going on that I picked up in the rehearsal for the Dangerous tour is his adlib towards the end where he says "Heart ache." The reason I believe he adds that is because he is setting up for the next song...it's a segue. He wants the audience's emotions to be just where he needs them be when he sings the next song, "She's Out of My Life." What a great idea to place these two songs like that, side by side. I'm just catching up with a lot of you and I had no idea how much clever thought he had put into his concert structure and performances. Yes, he's impressed me again.

The CD version does not include that adlib, he ends saying something that of course "I" cannot pick up on, but I think the main message is I just "love you." and to stop would be painful.

At the This Is It rehearsal, yes, you are right, he is acting cheerful, and with a song with the type of lyrics it has, all about how "I can't stop loving you and if I do what will I do?", it changes the tone to be sure. I agree, also, his slowing things down at the end and singing the word "because" twice seems to cause a "pay attention here because what I am going to communicate next is the crux of what I am trying to say." Then he
over and over again says "I just can't stop..." which seems that now his stopping isn't even an option, and just like his message in "For All Time" he's saying his love for her is for keeps and that is that and he's good with it.
The left arm I didn't think had any more significance then when there are two people next to each other on the stage it is more balanced and open looking if he extends his outer arm towards the audience not the one next to her body.

But...it seems...you might have another thought on that, AllForMJ. :D ;) (a more romantic one)

SoS...he was "vealed?" Why do I automatically picture a plate with veal parmesan on it? Are you trying to say all of this surrounds some quaint little Italian restaurant somewhere? And wait, next are you going to say the short for "One More Chance" has him in that restaurant, with all the empty tables to indicate he was stood up by her, at this special Italian restaurant, and he had to eat his veal parmesan, (which would be even more punishment than losing his girl since he's a vegetarian) all ALONE! Hmmm...could be. Maybe it isn't "I've been healed" or "I can feel" afterall. Yep, it must be that he was SO vealed! lol.

Well, you guys still have your 3D glasses, but it seems like what I thought you would notice hasn't jumped out atchu yet. So, I'm gonna go ahead and tell you all what it is that I'm noticing about MJ's "I Just Can't Stop Loving You" rehearsal for "This Is It." I will start with the song "I Just Can't Stop Loving You" as it is recorded on his CD.

If you listen to "I Just Can't Stop Loving You" on the CD up to about 3:54 you will notice that just after he sings oh...oh...oh...oh! and then he-he-he he sings the words "Why'd you go?"

This would explain why during the stage performances of "I Just Can't Stop Loving You" during the "Dangerous" tour he would have the female singer disappear and then he would going into "She's Out Of My Life."

Notice that he would usually have the stage performance of "I Just Can't Stop Loving You" end with the words "And if I stop" just before the female singer disappears and then he would have an expression on his face as if he's saying, "Hey, where'd she go?"

But, during the most recent rehearsal for "I Just Can't Stop Loving You" he went into this thing where he kept saying "I can't stop, no. I can't stop, no, baby. I can't stop, no. I can't stop, no baby..." and rather than having the female singer disappear this time, he added the word "because" as if he felt he needed to provide an explanation as to why he couldn't stop and then he goes into completing the song by singing I can't stop lovin'... he turns to face the audience...extends his left hand and sings "you."

This falls right into place with the other love songs he recently released where he's been mainly using the word you.

So, the two main things I'm trying to point out are 1) he finished the song, and 2) he finished it with the word "you." So this shows the person that he had fallen in love with was not out of his life.

Mmmmm seems like a plausible explaintaion

Nice post AllForMJ. I think this thread needed a little pick-me-up interpretation, it was starting to get very quiet in here.:fear:

I think most people tend to be more expressive in their words and actions when they are in love and feeling a multitude of emotions. Maybe "she" was never there to begin with and now "she" is, so he has a "you" to sing about. I dunno, just another way of looking at it I suppose. :)

I'll add more of my love thoughts another time.....:)
