Nice to see they're still kicking Michael even when he's not here.
yes beat down and dragged like always. So fucked up

This is sick. Michael worked so damn hard to protect those kids from things like this. They never asked to be celebrities. You'd think that these journalists would say to themselves "...these children are young, they have just lost the only parent they've ever known. Maybe I should acknowledge that these kids are not celebrities and that I have no right to bullish about them on air." Apparently Barbara Walters doesn't have a brain in her head. Does she not think? Michael told her that he wanted privacy for his children. He told her how life in the spotlight affected him and how he didn't want his children to go through that. What's so hard to understand? I am seriously angry. Someone needs to step up and protect them. Paparazzi should NOT be stalking these kids, and Walters should have a heart and know better then to film them at their father's memorial and create TV specials featuring them.
Isn't interesting who the kids are catagorized with?
Walters has named Kate Gosselin , but not her estranged hubby — the pudgy, womanizing, palling-around-with-muttonheads-like-Michael-Lohan speciman that is Jon Gosselin — as one of the 10 Most Fascinating People of 2009.
Kate Gosselin joins Sarah Palin, Adam Lambert, Lady Gaga, Brett Favre, Tyler Perry, Glenn Beck and Jenny Sanford, wife of philandering South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford, on Walters' annual list. She'll interview each of the designated fascinators in an ABC special on Dec. 9.
Why has the family allowed this? These kids need a better lawyer.
I find her to be a HUGE hypocrite now. This morning on The View she was slamming Perez Hilton for linking an image of Demi Moore's youngest daughter. Perez said there is a difference because Demi's teenage daughter is an actress, therefore she's a public figure. Yet the women said celebs children should be OFF LIMITS. Yet she is going to put them on her show!?!?!?! WTF! Oh yeah, she was seated right behind the children at the memorial and her assistant was taping Paris holding on to Katherine and Prince was playing with his gum. She showed it on The View after the memorial.
This leads me to the question: If Paris or any of MJ's kids, wants to be an entertainer, like Paris said in a home video when she was younger, I know that Michael wanted his kids to be - ANYTHING THEY WANTED TO BE...- if they want to be in this business, what do you think Michael would say to them about it? And you think MJ would support his kids being in this business??- When they are older....
Did the family authorize this?
The children are NOT celebrities - they do not have SAG cards, do not belong to any singing, acting union/guild, & they have not appeared on television or on stage in any professional capacity. How did this get authorized? How can underage children be profiled? Using pictures from the memorial and speculating on how the children are coping? That's hardly Barbara Walters style....
We'll see if the family has something to do with this.
Walters scores Jackson kids interview ... sort of
Barbara Walters’ “Most Fascinating People” special doesn’t air until Dec. 9, but the subjects of her annual show are slowly being announced. Among them: Lady Gaga, South Carolina First Lady Jenny Sanford, and perhaps the most fascinating thus far, Michael Jackson’s kids Paris, Prince and Blanket.
Because the family has so fiercely protected the kids’ privacy, the idea of them appearing for an interview was compelling. But don’t get too excited: according to several sources familiar with the level of access granted to Walters, she didn’t actually get the kids on camera for a fresh interview. Instead, older footage will run. “The kids have been doing best as they possibly can,” said one family friend. “Rebbie (Michael’s sister) has been taking great care of them. One thing the family is mostly in agreement about is that the kids’ privacy should be as protected as possible.”
