Weird procedure, seemed like a last minute decision ... Hopefully there will be live stream in all the rooms that this is taking place in.

I just saw the video of CM entering the court through the back door. Of course, TMZ DID have the information and that was something they didn't reveal timely, so fans didn't have the chance to face the doctor. So TMZ can ruin the surprise of the fans for Paris/Katherine, while keep protecting the doctor. Of course, they did it so they can claim they were "the only ones".

Why did USA didn't give MICHAEL JACKSON, AN INNOCENT MAN, THESE PRIVILEDGES?????

They briefly adressed Murray as "Judge Murray" before correcting themselves. Yikes. Something about "Oh Dr. Murray we didn't know you were here" (little jab at the back entrance appearance I guess). Did I hear that correctly that they asked people to stay seated and only Murray and his people to go upstairs? Strange. Now CBS is just showing that picture of the city, no audio either. (audio was flaky for a while too)

When my friend was assigned his judge for his trial case they moved him to the assigned judge's courtroom.... why make a big deal out of something that happens frequently....

Any other news yet? I hate the waiting part of this :timer:

Michael is one of the most popular names in the States, the judge being called Michael doesn't mean ish.

Yes, and ALSO by the media. Bloom said Murray is INNOCENT until proven guilty.

And yet, there is SO MUCH fishy things he has done, and things that surround this whole investigation.

With Michael, all they had was a lying boy. And just with that boy's words, people treated Michael like a criminal before any hearing even began!

Yes, hopefully this isn't some judge chosen for a certain reason, just to trick or fool us fans.

Because even the D.A is fishy.

He just asked that they remain seated until Murray and company were taken out of the room. So just for a minute and then once Murray was out, then they could go as well.

That's indeed nothing unusual. I remember sitting in court and waiting for the DA who was 40 minutes (!!!!) late. The judge was getting beyond PI**ED.

Court dates are not always a script, I've seen some pretty random things with people running all over the place, last minute room changes etc.

TMZ first reported Judge Pastor -- a smart and tough man in black -- will preside over Murray's trial.

Murray is no his way downstairs right now ... and there's a big decision on the line ... whether Judge Pastor yanks Murray's medical license as a condition to bail.

We're in Judge Pastor's court ... so stay tuned.

Thanks MJBunny, my audio was flaky. I was wondering because a minute later I saw an empty courtroom with a big yellow/white striped sweater taking up the lens...

Conrad Murray -- Livelihood on the Line

Dr. Conrad Murray is now in the courtroom of the judge who will preside over his manslaughter case.

With Jackson's family watching, Judge Michael Pastor is expected to decide if Dr. Murray should have his license to practice medicine in California suspended while he awaits trial.

Here's the play-by-play as it goes down:

UPDATE 1:52 PM PT -- A Jackson fan gave Katherine a few red roses. She's sitting with them on her lap.

UPDATE 1:51 PM PT -- Murray has entered the courtroom. He's at the defendant's table. The family is in court too.
