We've had enough: Take the Michael Jackson pledge...in support of his legacy

I will send a copy of this letter to the News of the world, as I found out that filthy tabloid garbage of a newspaper is now presenting a video of MJ and his children, on their ''online'' version of the newspaper. :-( :-( :-( Absolutely sickening. Gives me a stomach ache to be honest, just to think of it all carrying on like this. Damaging Michael's legacy even now. :-( :-( just hurts inside, please lovely fans lets all send this letter to the news of the world group too.

Sadly I think we know him more than they do. If we cant trust them to respect his wishes, we have to step in. We stood by him when he was here, we wont disappear because he's gone. They'll have to do with us, and not just as cash cows.

We sent the letter to TMZ (and other media outlets), but we don't expect them to publish it...because they already have the OTHER SIDES in their pocket.

But we will break through...
 
Very good letter - a sincere thank you to everyone involved. I have signed and shared (and re-shared)! I am really heartened to be a part of this movement to stand up for Michael and his legacy.

Memefan - the letter is great, really well done! Like ivy said back there, as long as this is respectful then it's great! I already see a lot of people tweeting and retweeting this so word is getting out. If there's anything else I can do to help with this then let me know. :)

This is an excellent idea and it's very important that we get the message out there. If you signed it, spread the message to all the fans you can and try to make sure to get at least more two people to sign it, like your parents or close friends, so we can get as much signatures as we can!!

Thank you so much again for starting this! This is the kind of thing that makes me a proud MJ supporter!

Been a long time since I've posted on this board, but when I read the post from Jen on FB I had to come here to ensure MJJC was acting on this.

When Mike died the greedy whore machine went into overdrive. Why would the family associate themselves with some of the past enemies of Mike's??? What's next? Tea with Sneddon??? And the whole j*cko thing. Are you people, who claim to have loved Michael, so inept at seeing what's going on? And Oprah....oh angry Oprah. Mike made you who you are as far as fame goes. You'll be found out someday and I hope the coals are extra hot. Why would Mrs. Jackson allow Oprah to interview the kids? Where has Janet and Rebbie been in all of this? :mat:

Thank you for this. I am trying not to cry because of all the B.S. that's been going on over the last year and so many months. Seeing this action makes me feel VERY proud to be an admirer of Michael. I signed and if I could I'd triple sign.

Memefan, I think you should probably add more pages to the pledge site with existing translations to other languages, so everything is kept in one place.

I am disappointed there aren't many signatures so far :(
