Same here.
In fact, this is really what I need, for all this mess is really exhausting and quite harmful to all MJ fans.

(goes listening to Slave to the rythm once again... with tracks like this one, why bothering with some weak, not-clearly-MJ tracks at all??? :doh:)

That probably wouldn't end the debate (argument)!!!!


We are in a world where we also need:
- Video proof
- DNA samples
- Fingerprints
- Retina and Iris Scans
and you might as well throw in urine and sperm samples just to be absolutely sure!!!!

Thank you for this. I think Teddy has been a loyal friend. I am sorry so many are questioning that now. It must hurt to be called a liar over and over again. I doubt that would make any of us feel good if that happened to us.

Regarding Michael and is family I wonder if that saying "I love you but I don't really like you" applies?

I don't care if Teddy Riley spent every minute of his life in studio with Michael. I can hear with my own ears that something is seriously wrong with those tracks, and I'm hearing all kinds of different excuses as to why that is, when the truth is staring me in the face.

Remember that Teddy Riley also believes that MJ is still alive. So if I believe that those vocals are Michael's just because Teddy Riley says so, I might as well believe that Michael Jackson is alive and well. It's sad but this is his mindset right now, so if you choose to take everything he says for granted then that's your funeral.

Another illogical statement. Riley does not believe MJ is still alive. Get a grip on that. That doesn't make any sense.

And nobody is arguing that the vocals sound EXACTLY like we know MJ to sound the point is that they were not recorded properly, they were not final takes, and he's said over and over they had been processed and he had to work with them to get usable songs out of them.

How difficult is that to understand. But at the end of the day nobody can honestly say that when they listen to Monster all the way through they don't hear Michael. That's impossible.

And, it's impossible to believe anyone on the planet would give that performance, which, even in its unpolished state is still far and above what any imitator could deliver.

The fact that you state "you don't care" how much time Riley has spent with Michael in the studio is very telling. You just refuse to listen to reason.

Some of these fans could have been in the studio with MJ and would then come out saying it was e-casanova or some other impersonator and not their michael because they know their michael, etc.

Or, they would claim that Sony cloned Michael to make the songs in order to MAKE MONEY!!!

Great, long interview with Riley. If you can watch this and believe Riley lied to sell false tracks of his friend then you have a cynicism problem.

Riley is very open about working with MJ in the past (dangerous and invincible stories) and on the new songs. And he talks about Michael's life and gives great detail of their friendship.

He also talks about new artists and how their music lacks the substance of MJ.

Good interview.

I dont think he likes the Cascio tracks much though. Everytime he's asked what his favourite songs are, he basically lists all the songs but the Cascio's.

The interviewer asked BESIDES THE TRACKS HE WORKS ON, what are his favorite singles on the album.

This is rude. Besides, the parents who were not friends were the evil genuses, but I can't believe you brought up this comparison. Teddy deserves more respect than that.

Sure everyone deserves respect, but flash (more than) a few Benjamin's in someones face and respect and dignity goes out of the window.

Either that or Teddy needs to clean his ears out and listen to the Dangerous/HIStory/BOTDF albums again.

Riley is a liar cause Melodyne doesn't make voice sound worse but BETTER.. Why doesn't he just tells the truth? If it's because of Melodyne, it's already scandalous, so it means that the truth is even MORE scandalous? Is it about something like.. fakes?

Did you hear the voice of MJ in the cascio studio before the melodyne ? How can you know MJ voice was amazing ? I know its MJ but cmon we never know.

I thought the interview was awful. He didn't really answer the question of the vocals at all. He just skirted around the issue and went on about the nonsense that the family are jealous blah blah. Even if it were true it doesn't explain how the vocals don't sound like MJ to an awful lot of people. Just go back to the old breaking news thread and read the immediate gut reactions of everyone on here when listening to the track for the first time. Almost everyone was of the same view....who the hell is this?
