I think there's going to be a second single and that the Estate said nothing is planned so far doesn't mean anything. I am sure they are planning something, just not ready to share their plans yet.

they souldn't wait too much.

Not true loka.

The album is #18 in the US this week, and #30 in the UK. So it's not "out of the top 30".

I'm not sure about France though.

It will be the case for the current week...in USA, in UK and in france too...

I don't think that the album will be able to stay in the top 30 one more week in these countries.

A Studio album can't sell without promotion ...it's not a Best of...it's full of unreleased tracks and it can't sell without singles.

wednesday it was out of the UK top 30

it's also the case on amazon.com and amazon.fr

I've noticed that the position on the chart on amazon.com and amazon.fr is more or less the same than the position in the official charts in these countries.

I'm very pessimistic about the next official charts.

There is one thing to do : releasing a new single.

Not sure what I think about this...

I like HT but think BTM or even Monster would have been a better choice.

If Hollywood Tonight is the next single i hope that it's remixed with that annoying talking taken out

Just picture it. People are out and then Hollywood Tonight comes on, everyone's having a good time and then the annoying talking happens in the song. People are gonna be like ''errrrr''

that's probably why Teddy Riley stated on his twitter a couple weeks back that he was working on a remix of HT... probably taking out that horrible spoken verse...

I think we shouldn't concentrate ONLY on UK, US, and...there are other countries too...right? If MICHAEL is #2 in WW chart, then lets just leave it at that and wait for what the future brings...:D

This album's salvation is "euthanasia". Drop it Sony and move on to the next project, and this time MAKE IT RIGHT!

The record was over when Sony decided to release three fake songs on the album. They've pissed off the fans and the album is perceived as a joke by many non-fans.

It's beyond salvaging now. They screwed up. Cut it as a loss and move on.

I am shocked that some fans are championing the release of Monster of all songs. Hell, why not follow that up by releasing a special edition version of the album with bonus tracks Mamacita and Critical.

I can't believe they've done this to Michael. :no:

Some people are so dramatic around here. The album will be fine. Sony will do it's job by releasing a cool second single with a superb video and the album will climb the charts again. Keep Michaeling people!! No reason to have the sads, except for obvious reasons that have nothing to do with the music that is on Michael.

Oh, come on, do you really believe that?

They couldn't even be bothered to promote HMH right and that was the lead single. The video was out way after the single had peaked in most countries, there was minimal TV or magazine coverage about the album.

They clearly aren't bothered about promoting it and I'm actually quite happy about that. As a fan I just want this whole thing to go away. I'm ashamed of the album because of the three fake songs and am more than happy to watch the album fade into obscurity. Michael deserved better than this piss-poor cock-up and any fan with their head screwed on will know what I'm talking about. It is NOT Michael's fans who've let him down, it is his estate and it is Sony AGAIN.
