Preliminary Hearing 6/1/11 Day Three. Discussion thread

Could someone help me, please? I want to know the list of meds that were found in the autopsy, as far as I remember it was a cocktail of benzos, and how much he was given of all of them according to the autopsy report. If someone has a link with some kind of summary for me, that would be great. I want to google those meds and find out what the "normal" dose would be and I also think it's not all that common to give several of those. Why not stick with just one and give a second dose if the first one was too low?

I know it's in the autopsy report, but I just can't look at it. I tried last year, I tried a couple of days ago, I just can't, it makes me sick.
 
Does anyone remember not long after June 25th when Murrays reason for not calling 911 was apparrently because there was no landline phone? Now it comes about he had not 1 but 2 cellphones! Lying idiot!

Dunno, but this came from Sprocket's report:

At that point, Dr. Murray held up a hypodermic needle with a blue color, and said, “We could use this here. The team said, “That’s okay.” Witness thought that was odd because it was odd because they had asked about drugs and Dr. Murray said he had given none. The size of the needle caught his attention. It was a 24 gage.

plus he supposedly didnt know the address so he couldnt call 911!!

He was giving / gave MJ propofol but he was actively on his phone rather than monitoring him. That's "an extreme deviation from the standard of care." Using it as an acceptable reason to late call to 911 isn't really gonna help them.

i remember.... he said he had a cell but no landline and he wasnt sure of the exact address. i dnt know if the 911 place could pick up his exact locaton from a cell. i just find it hard to believe he didnt know the address. he could of atleast told them how to get there

So what happened to the call in Vegas to his patient where he talked about heart results?

Its one lie after another with that poor excuse of a man. Two phones, what the hell? Too busy to text yet cant dial 911? FFS.
 
besides with 2days technology you can be localized, where do you call from.
Reading all this and smdh. So many chances to save His life waisted :(

I forgot about that, I wanted to mention that in yesterday's thread. As far as I remember he said he couldn't call 911 from his cell phone (and that there was no landline) because he didn't know the address. That's why he had to get the bodyguards (why, if he didn't know the address, didn't he just call one of them and told them OVER THE PHONE to call 911 right now?). I thought how can you not know the address, not only because you should know it in case of an emergency, but he went there every day for weeks.

and why wasnt he aware? becasue he wasnt monitoring mj becasue he was sat on the phone making calls. becasue there was no monitoring equipment to warn him if something went wrong.. thats called negligence and comes under IM. its sad when fans want murray to walk and will support his defence becasue then they can carry on with their conspiracy theories for the rest of their lives. gotta love those priorites.:smilerolleyes:

Yeah, he probably didn't see an Optometrist 2 hours earlier for a retinal scan...which would be the only reason for anyone's pupils to be that dilated- aside from severe neurological damage- and death.

Do they have the content from the texts or just the info regarding where, when, and who? I'm really really curious to find out more about the "storage boxes" incident.

Was the 1:08PM call to his gf the one made from the abulance? Why was he making calls in the ambulance anyway?! Didn't he have more important things to do? ...Guess that was only important to us.

Law enforcement is only telling TMZ what Murray told them. (and why is law enforcement talking to a celeb gossip site anyway?...) Murray should have known better than to lie about things that can be so easily checked up on, things with printed records. :doh: Then again, he should have known better about a lot of things...

apparently 911 cannot tell the location from the cell phone calls

here's some info

Within six minutes of a valid request by a Public Safety Answering Point , the cell phone carrier must provide the PSAP with the telephone number of the originator of a wireless 911 call and the location of the cell site or base station transmitting the call. In fact, U.S. wireless carriers are not required until 2012 to provide emergency responders with the latitude and longitude -- accurate to within 300 meters (984 feet) -- of a 911 caller.

so apparently as of now if you call 911 from a cell phone all they can get is the cell phone tower that the call comes through in 6 minutes.

However they say if you aren't sure of your address you can always tell them a close by business name, street name, a landmark etc, 911 will send responders to the area to look for you.

so if Murray called them and said "I'm in Holmby Hills where all the rich people and MJ lives" they would have sent an ambulance and look for it.

and it cant stand right he had no adress he could run stairs and ask everybody?

i think so yes it fits with approx time. theres been no reports of him making a call in th bedroom has there?

That's not an excuse whatsoever. If you're monitoring a patient you do not talk your phone or send text messages. What next, Murray playing games on it was he?

But even if it took them 6 minutes to get the location, that would be much preferable than 20 minutes.
 
So Michael is dead and Murray is chatting and even texting on the freakin' phone??????


How in the world can this be defended? I'm assuming Murray's attorneys are just overlooking all of this
