And if this is real than I say boycott/sue Jason too. I am just sick and tired of this whole thing. If he actually confessed to doing something to decieve fans, then he needs to be dragged into court with the rest of them. He needs to answer for this just as much as the rest of them. If this is real, he fooled alot of people. And he shouldn't get away with it either. On Edit: There is no song called "Stay" on the album. I'd think he'd know that. So there is still a chance this is fake.

Now TMZ, its gonna be all over the news. Why on facebook ? Well do you see another place where Jason Malichi can do a statement ?

In my opinion its clearly Jason Malachi singing, I believed it was him since I heard some Of his NEW songs ''Room 2 Breathe'' ''How I Do''. How can you not see its the same person ? He was just bought to fill the blank, thats all. Some parts are MJ some arent.

I refused to come here and just talk about the album since then. It killed almost 50% of my MJ fanatism to be honest.

How about in concert, in front of all his fans, where he can be upfront and honest with them, in a personal setting. No?


That's what Michael did. Or how about a video statement, still no?

Now the haters are using this to make fun of Michael and MJ fans again. They're saying that Michael was fake too. I knew this would happen. I felt the same way with the fan protest last month.

some people argued that they couldn't sue because they wouldn't be able to come up with the proof. The confession (if true) gives that proof that's why I said "time to sue"

if you look to the confession it says "an agreement with the record company" so it makes the parties Jason Malachi and Sony/Epic. so those will be the ones to be a part of fraud and sued.

The reason why I think it's unlikely is because it's a lot harder and more awkward/embarrassing doing it in front of a camera/people than posting text. Hoping I'm wrong though.

well, I wouldn't be suprised if this is for real. I mean, at times it is Michael singing, but clearly the voice is someone else at times.

Embarrassing or not, there comes a point where one has to man up and address the situation like an adult. I'm sure Michael was embarrassed addressing all that crap on film, but he know it had to be done, to get his point across.

It'd be wise for Mr. Malachi to do the same.

TMZ are a bunch of hypocrites. Didn't Harvey Levine himself swore it was all MJ on the tracks.

He is speaking out of both side of his windpipe.

Whatever brings hits to his website...and some keep falling for it.

Well its hard to keep a lie, and surely he received so many messages that it was not even worth living in this mess.

Whos to blame now ? Malachi ? Sony ? The Estate ? The Cascios ? I say everyone.

Keep in mind, there's an increasing possibility that he didn't say this at all.

Anyone who thinks this news will 'blow up' just because TMZ are on it are wrong. Very little of what TMZ report on make it to larger, more reputable news sources. Not only that, the large majority of MJ's fan-base know to ignore their drivel. No, this 'story' isn't going anywhere.

Why an 'increasing' chance annieruok? On the contrary i'd say the longer that message is there without malachi saying he was hacked the more lightly it's for real....

I still would need to see concrete proof like a signed agreement or something. Where is this guy? That is on his facebook and he needs to respond to that and people.

I think its quite likely his Facebook was hacked.

It's increasing because not often does Malachi update his wall with his own statements. His only wall updates come from friend adds and things regarding his website, like I said before. Go look at his page, go look at his older posts, nothing there is a statement from himself, why would he all of a sudden break the trend to admit something damning that would put him in the midst of all this legal trouble? It's unlikely he'd do such a thing.

Jason is nothing but a coward. Funny how he "confess" now than right from the start, if he had he wouldnt have so many ppl hating on him.

Oh, gosh, aren't we on a Michael Jackson forum? Everything reported by the media is true now? Just watch one interview with Michael, any of them, and he's bound to say something about not trusting the media and tabloids. Just because it's in print doesn't mean it's the gospel.

This guy is accusing a record label of taken part in a conspiracy to defraud the public. The government fines will be huge not to mention the lawsuits and the public embarrassment and the massive job lost. This guy is full of beans
