Yet another 'mistake' to explain away an oddity/inconsistency. Together with the other inconsistencies with hard drives/demos etc...how many is it going to take?

Ok, I managed to have a look at most of the comments on this and my thoughts are:

1) JM is just following the trend that Rodney, 3T, Randy and many others stablished when it comes to Michael Jackson. Shame on those who served as examples -_-

2) Some people here can be really funny when using/not using TMZ. It's all based on their convenience. One day you hate it, the other day you quote it as a souce to "set the truth" without a second thought. Funny behaviour ... :mello:

3) TMZ feeds his "news" with info posted in the forums. Don't forget that. The more you quote them, the stronger they get.

4) A status in FB doesn't prove a thing. Rodney has share far more in his twitter UPPERCASE account about this topic too, so what?

5) Do I believe this is true? I don't know, but information is quite contradictory and excuses are quite silly. I don't trust the Cascio tracks, but I don't trust any FB / Twitter / My Space / TMZ as sources to any truth to be trusted.

6) Michael Jackson deserves better than this :angry: He is the greatest EVER!!

Well....like Ivy said...if his account has been hacked he might not be able to access it.

But he could post a statement on his twitter or something.

Like others - i've BEEN friends with that account since before Michael even passed, and it IS his account. For definite.

THE ONLY POSSIBLE DEFENCE for this NOT being the truth is that the account was hacked.

And, as has been stated.... the longer the post stays up? The less likely it is that he was hacked. It's been what, 3 hours now? Well, I'm going to bed since it's 4am here in England. Let's see where we're at with this in the morning when I wake up.

The manager is trying to cover Jason's ass. That simple.

Maybe Malachi is kind of old school and doesn't post stuff on Twitter and Facebook often? :D

I admit being so trustworthy of TMZ is a bit contradictory. But they quoted a reliable source, if their information is legit, shouldn't the guys words be considered, seeing as how their willing to take this to court? If he's just covering for Jason, that would mean he's in on this plot to fool everyone. Again, they're willing to take it to court, the quoted posts are from January of last year, unfortunately they're not much of a defense.

The question is, if he say's it's not him what's next?

Hasn't TMZ ever quoted real reliable sources while putting LIES on their mouth? Did they do that just a few days ago, during the preliminary hearing in somebody's homicide? Maybe something about drugs the victim would use? And maybe something about the little child of the victim being given those drugs too?

I got a confirmation from Thad Nauden. I conctacted him through Facebook. Told him that I'm from MJJC and asked him to confirm his statement to TMZ and if possible give us more information and explain the phony page comment here's his response.


No Problem. First of all I am a HUGE MJ fan and I love your site MJJCommunity.com. I honestly do!

Secondly, I will confirm my statement to TMZ.

The only thing I would like to clarify from that statement is that it is Jason's account, but it was hacked. It is a phony statement and was not made by my client. That is what was meant by a "Phony Facebook Page"

That is Jason's facebook account. facebook.com/jasonmalachimusic and it was hacked.

There is another Jason Malachi account and that is facebook.com/jasonmalachi and that is a fan site and we have absolutely no control of that.

Jason would like to thank all the MJ fans who continue to carry The King Of Pop, Michael Jackson's message of L.O.V.E. and not pre-judging people. It was a blessing and ultimately a curse to be born with the voice that Jason was born with.

We would also like to personally thank Harvey Levin of TMZ, for clearing this matter up and reporting the facts. The original story was printed pre-mature before the facts were discovered.

We will have forensic's and an investigation done by facebook, so please stay tuned. As soon as we find out who hacked into Jason's account you will be the first to know. We will be pursuing charges against whoever created this hanus and vicious crime.

Long live MJ and may he Rest in Peace.

I did say 'if', mind you. And I agree with a bit of your statement but lets also remember, the defense were turning an assumption into a defense, also other outlets which were in the court room, also disputed TMZ and their details regarding the case. And of course, during the build of a trial, the media will result to issuing such things regarding Michael and his children, in relation to the case. And again, this is actually disputed by the actual papers in which the child's name is exempt.

In this case, TMZ is being aided, by the quoted source, throughout the same social outlet as the "confession". In which this is being disputed, by speculation of a portion of Michael's fanbase, and year old facebook posts.
 
Gosh, so many twists and turns in this story. My life expectancy has probably dropped about 5 years in the past 2 months.

Thad Nauden is doing damage control. And the fact that he doesn't appear to know the difference between a fake post and a "phony page" seems fairly laughable. Also "Long Live MJ and may he rest in peace"? What kind of nonsense remark is that? That doesn't make any sense, it's a contradictory statement. You can't say "Long Live" for somebody that is not alive.

If you can, it's news to me. Long Live Elvis Presley, I suppose. ROFLMAO

If the post was fake, it would have been removed by now. When you hack a facebook account, the person simply has to send a "password reset" request which gets delivered to their email address, allowing you to reset the password and log back in.

So, if this were the case, Jason would have recovered his password by now (5 hours later) and removed it.

Unless you believe his email account was hacked too? Because that doesn't really seem likely. And again, if that were the case, you do the same thing, reset your email password using private security information. It takes less than 2 minutes.

As I've said before - the longer this post stays up, the more likely it is to be real.

A lot of artists link to fan pages. Fans are dedicated people who do the work of running such communities actively. It's less work for an artist (a newly starting one that doesn't have teams of people)

When you hack an account first thing you do is the change the email associated with the account, change the secret questions etc so that other person can't get it back. It's hacking basics 101.

A newly started artist would not have fans to set up pages for them in the first place. Jason's had 2 albums out, and as you know - has management. He's not a rookie.
