TMZ report: MJ's Kids -- Murray Couldn't Have Killed Our Dad

Someone's obviously leaking all these stories to TMZ about Murray and you know its coming straight from the defense, the only group of people to have such accounts. Stinks of desperation.
 
mmm Of course Mj said the doc was great; its not like he was gunna scare his kids by tellin them his doctor was horrible and could possibly kill him. It makes perfect sense, the kids would've been suspicious if MJ didnt say such laudatory statements about Murray.

And the 911 thing at the end seems to be grossly exaggerated by means of TMZ's tabloid rhetoric. As IVY said "passed out" could be a wide variety of things. The fact that TMZ did NOT use that as the headline, but instead used an exaggerated version of what the kids said makes me think its not nearly as damaging as they making it out to be. If its legit (even if it isn't) TMZ is probably going batshit tryna find that 911 call

Yup yup. We all knew this was gunna be played out in public as soon as Murray did that bullshit youtube video to his patients. And Chernoff more than gave his character away when he went on GMA (I think it was GMA) to announce he was defense counsel and was doing it for free. You can always spot the hard on some ppl git from being on camera.
 
Oh wait...Did Chernoff really say they were doing it for free?? Cause in the interview he did in Texas (posted here in another thread) he clearly says they've been paid!

The press lies. They do not care. They know there are many idiots out there who will believe them. That's disgusting. Bunch of bastards. If there is a hell, you will be there one day.

Either way, it's a snide addition that's supporting what the defense are going for: painting Jackson as a weak person, now including/using his own children in the picture to 'confirm' that.

And anyway, indeed, Murray can't be put in a better light, because that means he prescribed to an addict (that he was not), so he's desperate. He pumped him with medication and Propofol to death and he's confused about which road to take to minimize or completely and irrationally erase his wrongdoing. Which is the most vulnerable category aimed to impress in a given context? In Jackson's case, most of all? Children. For, those in love with tabloids are gonna think things like, "Well, of course they all thought he was a good doctor, hence he got hired', they'll think, 'Well, of course he was a good doctor, Jackson was the one at fault". It doesn't make sense, but some/ many can't or won't really reason, so it's a win for TMZ. Their headline specifically reads 'Murray couldn't have killed our dad', forget about the absence of comas, the conclusion that the instinct (which tabloids are feeding) is bringing is, 'So, Murray couldn't have killed him... then who?' .. No need to add the next conclusion. Hence some people's justified disgust at these tabloid stories being posted on here. Lots of reasons.

How low can they go, I'm sure we haven't seen the worst from them, unhappily.

These things are disturbing. Michael was the victim here and I feel Murray is being treated like the victim. Even if Michael told his kids what a great doctor Murray was obviously he wasn't. He was negligent and incompetent. When Michael's kids get older they will know more and realize that too. I don't know how much is being kept from them now but obviously they will learn things down the road.

I am really worried this guy will walk free and the general public and others will be just fine about it. They don't care as it is. It is frustrating to watch the constant injustice done to Michael. It never ends.
 
Creating a headline like that, that was a twisted version of something the kids said *minutes* after being told their dad died, rehashing that whole event which really has no relevance at all right now....that makes me sick. And now there are ignorant posts all around the internet saying things like "Jackson's kids defend Murray" - disgusting.

I respect you opinion, but I strongly disagree. If TMZ is banned, we don't know what they are up to and we cannot dissect their lies and twists.

Well we keep dissecting their lies and twists as you put it, then listen to them again, then dissect their lies and twists, and it does not do anything for us, and we do not learn anything really new. We already knew the information about the doctor, so what we are really finding out here is how TMZ can twist it. We all know by now what lies the defense will make.

I thought by now only a few people would visit TMZ.

I have that feeling too that he is treated like a victem, but maybe were wrong we dont know what is going on all the time, maybe he cant walk down the street without being jelled at and watched etc.. so what ever the sentence is i believe he is haunted for life..

i also believe its more the person who sell it to them than tmz thats on fault.. if it was not tmz there would be another site or something. and now we know what bullshit is going on.. so we can be strong and fight it..

I'm tired of discussions while the fans do nothing to attack these animals. We have campaigns against the 'This Is It' and against the new album, but we are unable to do a campaign against these worms.

Very true! We can debunked them all we want on this and other MJ forums but, how about the public? How would they know what's true & what's not!?

It's a waste of time because most fans know better then to believe them but, that's not who TMZ are aiming at with their B.S!

what if the chef or the bodygaurds told the kids that this is a great doctor do not worry daddy will be fine !

anyway, about the Florida incedent which could be in 2003 while Chris Tucker, the Almalnik , a nanny "Grace" and 4 bodygaurds at least in charge i do not think the kids have to call 911 ! IF , IF MJ suffered from a low blood pressure like he usually did !

First, if this was a case in which Murray was being sued related to his care of Michael suffering a heart attack, then this may be relevant. However, this is an involuntary manslaughter case related to the administration of propofol; the police and DA believe that administration came from Murray, so it doesn't matter if the children thought that he would have been able to save Michael from a heart attack. That's not what Michael needed saving from.

Secondly, even if this statement came from Grace's interview with police, didn't LaToya already state something similar? I have a feeling if people read the actual interview transcripts versus the "summary" by TMZ then the jive of it all would be quite different. For all we know, Grace went on to explain that the children didn't really understand what triggered Michael's death, etc. Of course, that would be saved for another story.

Finally, there are people who swore they would uphold Michael's integrity and defend him and his children whenever needed. So, we should wait for the indignation, outrage, and denouncements from them as we have gotten about the CD release, the TII release, and the estate handling.
 
My question is who introduced Murray to MJ and was there any sort of background check done on him? I find it odd that MJ would request an anesthesiologist but settle for Murray a cardiologist?

It's so clear the way TMZ abuses Michael. It's so clear their side on this story. And you ask if TMZ should be banned of the forum? I think WE as fans should be banned from posting this kind of pointless, stupid, old and false crap.

Even more sad, I doubt many people even bother to read anything that's longer than 140 characters these days...
Really, if anyone bothers to read more than the headline it's already clear that the kids never said anything like they think Murray is innocent (which is what the headline implies). They may have said somehting like 'I can't believe he had a heart attack' (which is actually quite right btw, since he didn't), but that's just an expression of shock/surprise.

In 2003, the children (Prince and Paris) would have been 6 and 5 years old.. do kids at that age know that you need to call 911 in an emergency?

Maybe (once again, assuming there are some truth to this story) it was in 2007? Neff-U said in that video (where he and the rest of the collaborators talked about how they made the album) that Michael flew him out to Miami to Barry Gibbs studio to do some music together. I asked ppl in the thread when Mike and Neff-U first met and when this might have happened and one poster said '"I think the first mentionings of Neff-U working on the new album was 2007, the same year HT was reworked."
So if THIS really can be verified then we know Michael were in Florida in 2007 as well..

Ok.. according to this story "Grace also said Michael first met Murray through a member of MJ's security team". No names were mentioned, but perhaps it will be once trial starts.
