I think Joe is doing a good thing, we should respect this man.

When are they going to learn that putting Michael's 'features' onto these business ventures is going to land them nothing but an annoyed swipe at the grubby mittens from the Estate? Is 'exclusively in Europe' supposed to prevent something?

Is that some funny photoshop and that's not the actual promotion design?? Because I cannot imagine somebody being that dense and not understanding that the permission to use MJ's likeness is located with ahem, the Estate of Michael Jackson?

By the way, that signature from Daddy over his son's face is rather chilling. Yeah, nope, not working.

I think it's been mentioned before- but there's another thread already dealing with "Eau de Parfum de Neverland". (it's EDP- you'd think the concentration would have been mentioned right along the 100 ml of WHAT??? bottles mentioning.

Goes and takes a good long sniff at Black Orchid Voile de Fleur, it's addictive and gives me a sweet rush.

Pace you are right. I was thinking who wants to buy a perfume with an old man pointing a stubby finger at it. Not me. Maybe if he made himself look sexy--some tight black pants, long curls, black jacket with diamonds--NO. Does not work.

That's what I was thinking. How can they just keep repeating the same mistakes over and over again, and not learn anything?? It's so simple; if the Estate doesn't endorse it, you're not gonna just get away with it. Come on, Joe, even you must understand that much. Right?! This is just another huuuge facepalm moment provided to you exclusively by Joe Jackson.
 
If he claims he is making a Jackson perfume and use the brothers images, he could get away with it.

In my opinion, he will TRY and use Michael's image also.

Joe Jackson KNOWS that a perfume bottle with the pictures of Tito, Jermaine, Jackie, Marlon, and Randy ain't gonna attract any attention. LOL!

(No offense to the brothers, I'm just keeping it real.)

The Fragrance will be in the stores in a few months since right now the new scent of neverland , as its called it being done in Paris , this is the Man perfume. Also there is Female fragrance call "The Jackson Legend" which is also being manufactered in France.

Again , this will be a Smash Hit , as the bottle will have printed Michael Jackson features and will be the first ever in the Jackson familys life . Julian Rouas mentioned his excitement on this thrilling proyect , - I am extremelly happy and I will put the best of me to create an unbelievable scent that everybody will fall in love with.

It kind of annoys me that MJ is being used for things like this... because when they fail I feel people will revert that back to MJ even though he has nothing to do with it

I think that like an idea its great... you know, having MJ perfume... is a cool idea (especially with some fresh and luxury fregnance with an original flask), I wonder why there has been no official parfume so far... (I know there was a set in 1991/92, I have both, for man and women, but it was nothing special), but Estate could legalize this...
 
Estate should not legalize any schemes by Joe. That would show that there is a connection between the antics of Joe and the Estate, which would be a huge mistake. The Estate does not want that because Michael did not want that. Notice that Michael kept his business disconnected from Joe decades ago when he fired him.

If the Estate makes a perfume for Michael, then the fans would be super happy and we would all be using that scent. Look how many of us already have the Black Orchid, etc.
 
Although most of us wouldn't dream of buying this crap, these products will definitely appeal to some people which is unfortunate. It's sickening to know that Joe and the Jackson brothers pictured in the campaign ad will benefit from this obvious exploitation.

I'm wondering the same. This product is gonna be bought by somebody...but who? I'm referring, of course, to the loads of fans who might not understand exactly what they're buying and who is profiting off it.

Personally...i'm not interested in the slightest in this liquid. Don't think it's gonna be sold in my local Macy's dept. store, so...yea. The only way i'd buy an MJ perfume is if Michael himself worked hand in hand with the creator to figure out what scents he wanted to include. the.only.way.
 
The estate is aware of it and Joe can use the name "Jackson" all he wants
but he cant use the name or image of "Michael Jackson" to sell this product
or any product for that matter. I believe only those who are licsensed to do
so can use MJ's name and image to sell merhanadise.

To me ..
These are NOT Michael Jackson perfumes or scents
they are Just Joe Jackson's stinky scents
