Murray Trial - September 27 - Day 1 - Discussion Thread

This ordeal is going to kill me... we are only done with day 1 and I feel like I've gone through a rollercoaster of emotions, and I just feel sick to my stomach, too much to handle... I don't know how I'm gonna manage to go through all this for the next 4 to 5 weeks!! I just can't stop crying!

Someone shoot BRIAN OXMAN! He's saying the recording of mj was murray finding MJ like that already high of the demoral injection from klien! WTF? I hate this bastard! He is for the defense!

I have been saying that for over year. He along with CSI Latoya and Kraren need to be called by the defense. All of them have undermine the DA for the own gain for far too long. Especially since we know the reason they're saying this is for their all too precious lawsuit. Too bad the DA killed it in least that 2 hours.
 
I had issues with feed so i watched mostly on the Tv which I didn't want too. And ofcourse their already spinning saying that the pros is proving the defense case for them that mj was an addict! o_O This is only day one are they for real?! What idiots!

Not surprising, but as the DA pointed out, Murray bought even more drugs after he had recorded Michael sounded like that. As a doctor, how can you possibly justify that? There was no patient/doctor relationship. it was a employee/employer relationship and Murray was working for a paycheck, not as a train doctor as the DA brilliantly put it. He didn't have he proper medical equipment and was cheap on the stuff he did buy. As the DA said, if Murray was a doctor or any standing he would had refused such care and even walk away.

Michael being an addict only hurts the defense, imo, despite what the media is trying to say.
 
Gongaware said he was concerned about Murray being unliscensed to practice medicine in England and Murray said not to worry he'd handle it. I am curious as to how he planned to do that.

I thought Murray looked bored. Hate him!

I loved seeing the list of shows and MJ had 3 months off. I truly believe he could have done it if Dr Greed had been a true doctor with some morals.

It made me feel sad when Paul said Michael was brilliant. He was and those shows would have been brilliant if he'd only had the chance.

I also liked it when PG said MIchael was never defensive when they had the meeting to express their concerns and that he was engaged in the process.

Murrays lawyer?! There was no logic to his questioning and I have no idea what point he was trying to make

I am not watching the TV but I don't get how they think the defense for Murray was so great? I thought they looked like amateur lawyers...
Am I seeing only what I want to see?

And don't get mad at me for asking but why do the Jacksons allow Oxman to talk?!!!

I've only just caught up. The worst part being the photo, that voice recording :weeping: and that email from Kenny :( Will the recorded streams be separated into Prosecution/Defence etc? I missed them but from reading this thread it sounds like pros was very well presented but def was all over the place. Kenny has helped a lot and sounds like his testimony is going against Murrays accounts and the cross exam was a failure. Gongaware I still need to read more of his.

In my head I keep seeing that picture :( Michael I am so sorry, so very sorry :cry:
 
No, the defence was totally lost at all points during this trial. It makes me wonder if they're on something themselves...

The prosecution did an excellent job today.
 
that clip of slurry michael is so heartbreaking, why did cm tape this..?? it is absolutely horrendus , there will be more shocking parts to come on this I can bet ya and probably stuff to throw any guilt away from Klein is that is obviously the way the defense will go down
 
Bain just brought a good point. She says during the 2005 trial which was the worst time of his life she never saw or heard him the way he sounded on the tape. She said she spent a lot of time with Michael and never saw anything. She asks if there was some kind of foresnsics done on the tape to verify it's Michael.
 
Raymone Bain has her doubts as to rather it's even Michael on that recording. She also says Michael was 110 pounds at the time of his death, we know that's not true.
 
Allegedly Oxman says that that phone recording was before murray was workin with MJ? o_O Ramone Bain is saying it's not Mj on the recording? Cause it don't sound like him and many around her whom was around Mj are tellin her the same? She says they should do forensics on the tape!
 
Oxman is probably misinformed, the prosecution says the tape is from the 11th I believe. Oxman says Murray came aboard to care for Michael on May 9th, but then says the recording was done before Murray began to care for Michael, but like I said, that's probably not true because again, the prosecution says it's from the 11th. Oxman says the propofol orders were done being done since April, so they weren't for Michael, but we know that Murray ordered propofol by the bundle for Michael Jackson merely two days after that voice recording was done by Murray.

Oxman needs to kick rocks.

I don't think the DA would bring something into evident if they weren't sure it was Michael. If it did, it would bring into question allot of other things and undermine their case.

Also, why would Murray record a fake voice of Michael sounding drug? If it was to sell to the Tabs, he could had recorded something like that at any time and not just keep it on his phone for months on end.

the recording makes me wonder what else Murray did, when Michael was under theinfluence of the drugs he gave him? There are no doubts in my mind that Murray wanted to sell that recording 'just in case'.

I still believe that the voice isn't Michael's and I agree that an expect should examine the recording. If and I repeat IF it's Michael's voice his state of talking doesn't come from getting high on prescription drugs but probably from a wake up from hypnosis. What I mean is that you sound like this when they put you down to sleep with an anaesthetic and wake you up. I have been put to sleep myself so as to undergo a surgery and when they woke me up I sounded and talked much worse.
