To me he is a mixture of devious and cunning as you say coupled with the ever present feeling of him just loosing his cool , over reacting with his line of questioning and generally adopting a very specific way of ' performing' ( slow, methodical ' May I have a moment judge', impatient) that has had many objections and sustainments..But he is still keeping to his own pace for now but not always seeming to ask the best questions
 
I think Klein LAwyer did a great job focusing the attention and blame back to Murray who was there and gave MJ Propofol. Hopefully this shuts up Dr. Gupta with that stupid claim!
 
Sanjay Gupta is an attention seeking :censored: imo
Also Faheem's I dont recall really does harm his credibility, Chernoff shouldn't be underestmated, granted he does come across, unorganized, slow, unprepared, confused, arrogant but its just an act to confuse others.

To me it seems the defense is trying to insinuate that all the guards had been together...possibly discussing the situation and/or getting their stories straight or something.

Agree. Faheem seem to go into "I don't recall" overdrive...especially when it came to Nurse Lee. So, it was him who made the call. I always wondered who made that call. It seems he wasn't prepared to address this even going so far as to get defensive and say he didn't see its relevancy. Whoa! That was a rough moment for him as a witness, imo. And now we know it was one of Michael's hands that was hot on one side and his foot on the other side was cold. Wtf? The coverage cut out during this part of cross-exam (grrrrrr!) so Imma have to check what I missed (about 2-3 minutes) about that line of questioning.

I'm wondering if Lee shouldn't be called as a defense witness. If the prosecution is calling her, then I don't understand their reasoning. I mean, wasn't she doing TV interviews just days after Michael died and wasn't she blaming Michael for his own death? If so, I don't get why she would be called as a witness when the prosecutors are still presenting their side of the case. Putting her on the stand at this time would surely mess them up. This is all just my opinion.

Nope. She did not blame Michael for his own death. Some may have misinterpreted what she was saying and took it that way, but that's not exactly what she said. Not at all.

Are witnesses aloud to give interviews? Cause MJ Chef Chase and sercurity guy Alverez will be on HLN tomorrow. o_O Also Branca and Wietzman will be on Piers today!

maybe after their testimony.. I think if Alvarez is on stand by to be called back he better stay off the air

I saw an interview maybe last year? with him saying essentially he had not much of an opinion about lawyers outside of Texas; later I read he couldn't find a California lawyer he either liked or could afford to take the lead on the case, additionally he didn't want to risk losing his ability to try the case as an out of state lawyer. This is not a dumb man and we should be careful not to think he is being a fool just because of his acting. Put you off your guard then bam.

Before he had said he did not remember whether Alberto was there or not.

I agree with you, let's not get fooled by Chernoff I doubt he's half as incompetent as he appears to be.

And I have nothing but dislike and disdain for any practitioner who makes the rounds of public shows and talks about someone who was in his or her care.
 
Hey Guys! I had to change my password for my email. I chose 'MurraysDefense' but apparently it was too weak :p :D You all probably won't find that funny but I was laughing hard at how bad the defense was,so I just thought of it :D

if alberto does go on any shows his credibility will be flying out the window that's for sure so he better hold it together at least till the trial is over,
