Murray Trial - 30 September - Day 4 - Discussion

courts over for the day. weekend break. thanks everyone for all the summing up of testimonys everyone is doing. its a great help . today was a tough day. hugs to everyone. good night

Yesss, I'll finally be able to get some sleep! Good night, everyone, I hope you'll have a relaxing weekend after this hard week. *hugs*

why go into such detail about the room. is it really relevent. makes the jurrors switch off imo

Maybe the most important part was that the medication in that room is locked away in a computer controlled cabinet and that you need a password to access them. While Murray had those kind of meds just lying around everywhere in the room, not even locked away, much less password protected.

That's court finished until Monday! Have a good weekend everyone!

I am so disgusted by it all. Knowing that Michael could have been saved if Murray would have called 911 sooner

Great post! Thanks

I think partly to show what kind of resus equipment needs to be available if a patient needs hospital resuscitation...eg if things went badly while you were under propofol during a procedure in hospital. An operating theatre would have a lot of the same resus. equipment.

Would anyone be interested in a project of creating an ongoing timeline based on the testimonies that have currently been admitted in court? To help people get an overall picture. I haven't decided if I'm definitely doing this but will be looking further into from Sunday onwards to see if it's plausible :) PM me if you're willing to help :)

Yes, and that too.

Why are they so concerned with what the Jacksons are wearing????? It is not important, FOCUS on the TRIAL!!!!!

I have a few questions...

Why did the alarm go off in court today??
N did the judge adress the gag order in court today??

june 22nd appointment cancelled one around the 18th cancelled aswell. he wasnt happy as murray should have been seeing him on that day. wasnt happy cause murray told him he was near to death a few weeks earlier. murray was his only dr so he was concerned

Okay, this part in bold led me to bust out a laugh! serious situation though...

Back to reading thread.....

Exactly, but now the defence are saying he could have been putting them away so nobody (children ect.) could get hold of them. Actually that might have worked for him, but for the fact that he withheld vital information....life saving information.

lol is this a trial or a fashion show?

Thats what im trying to figure out.. Im sure they are gonna be dressed nice because
1- they have money
2- you dont go out in public looking any kind of way (especially when you are a public figure)
They are mainly talking about what LaToya has been wearing but LaToya is LaToya and she has always marched to the beat of her own drum... even though the gloves were kind of too much

I agree but that still doesnt make sense. If they are going to the hospital, then why would the children be left at home by themselves??
Also they more than likely would have went to the hospital also.

Unbelievable.

I wonder if Murray will take the stand? I can't imagine it would do him any good, but the Defense needs to explain all these inconsistencies in Murray's story of what happened that day.

Murray taking the stand would ensure he goes to jail and get the maximum 4 years. After he's done telling more lies to cover up the ones we already see there'd be no hope for him. His own lawyer tells conflicting excuse after conflicting excuse. Can you imagine Murray creating that crap off the top of his head under cross-exam? And if that indignant temper of his that flared up in that exchange with Kenny Ortega comes out...there could be fireworks. He's damned if he does and damned if he doesn't...imo.

I think it may be to show the jury what a room intended to save a life looks like. Murray didn't even have the basics. It could also convey to the jury that had Murray gotten MJ to that room in time Michael could have been saved. It was equiped to the max with things that could have been used to give Michael a fighting chance. Murray denied Michael that by leaving the room and missing that crucial moment to begin life-saving measures. Then he delayed the calling of 911 by almost a half-hour becuz he was busy calling for a 12 year-old child and an assistant. Michael could have been saved in that room IF ONLY Murray had made the right decisions. Of course, we will never know if he would have lived after all their efforts but his odds woulda been way better there than in that house w/ an 8 foot sasquatch pressing on his chest w/ one hand...on a bed for God knows how long. Murray didn't save Michael and he prevented others from saving him.

What I meant was not just the vials on the floor, etc., but he had all those meds, the benzos, I think, and the Propofol in the house and not locked away.

Hugs and kisses to everyone. This week has been hell so far! Thank you for the constant briefing and support. Love to all and have faith and patience. We are here for our angel Michael!
