he was so inoccent... i'm crying now.. wow! he's so sweet like a little child talking about all these amazing dreams of hope and goodness, i love you my angel michael,.
 
I gotta say, when listening to the recording of Michael speaking, it almost sounds to me like what he's saying is something he's reading.........it just didn't sound all that 'spontaneous' to me......anyone else?
 
what was said at the end of the recording by the witness? any questions or did it go straight to cross?
 
Later today -- jurors may finally hear Dr. Conrad Murray explain how Michael Jackson died IN HIS OWN WORDS ... because it's very likely the audio of his police interview will be played in open court today.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... some of Murray's comments to cops create big problems for him in the case.

The long recording was horrible. I dont think its propofol talk. that kicks in quickly. This is prob michael talking on much benzos! He was almost sleep talking. Why would Cm record this?

And if michael was this high at 9 am, how can he rehearse that day?????????? stoned?
 
they stress it being a sunday cuz they earlier mentioned he'd usually had the sunday's off, if I'm not mistaken

It was a Sunday, so I assume there was no rehearsal so he didn't have to get up at that time. We don't know how the house works on Sunday because Kai, the chief, isn't there.

Kai Chase didn't work on Sundays. This may be significant somehow.

Sounds genuine to me....especially the part where he says he hurts for the children. I think he's always said stuff like this randomly. It's how he honestly felt. No need for a script.:(
 
justin burns email talking about the drs who will do a medical exam on mj in london and what they will do check his lungs etc put him on a machine the drs who will be used at the best in their field etc

another email saying these are the reasons we want to do such a detailed medical. and we want his medical records etc basically all going on about the media reports saying mj is ill so they wanna do a high spec medical on mj. insurers arent happy about medical records not being given and it seems they are delaying things and it needs to be sorted if they want full insurance coverage

they wanted the medical to be done at harley street (where all the top drs are). in london not at mjs house

Wow it seems in the mails that not much was given, not a fitness programma not michaels medical records. They said michael was cleared for insurance, but it looks now that that isnt the way

Alot of things where not given or denied

Insurers want a very thorough medical report - they want medical records and review of MJ during rehearsal befoer agreeing to cover

Except that he was adressing to M, he called him by his name, not like reading

I had the same feeling. it is stuff that Michael says often, but the way he was talking it's like he was reading it.
