Murray Trial - 6 October - Day 8 - Discussion

She could have done a lot better but the things she saw and wrote down others saw. So to even try to say she was lying or she cooked something up with the emts and the bodyguards is just silly. Like saying someone conspired to kidnap a family and send them away in hot air ballons
 
Okay, I just read eveyrthing and watched the last bit of the Fleak witness. Jesus she was so careless! Is this the way all coroners function in big cities?
 
type written stipulation inregards to fingerprints. from walgren. prints were done by LAPD dip bottle fingerprint. matched to murray syringe thumbprint was fleeks . saline bag had 4 unknown prints on them one print unknown dip bottle. murray mj alberto amir faheem goodwin scott smith blunt nicolas blanka nicolas fleek and chase were ruled out as having prints on them. unknown prints midaz loraz lidocane eye drops bq cream ephedrine. diprivan vial (2) 7 bottles dip 2 lidocane vials. 1 lidocane vial 2 loraz vials 4 flum vials. 2 midaz, iv tubing iv y connector tubing. syringe with needle.
 
The lady with the whole truth nothing but the truth is my favorite person in this trial. Love her.
 
QUESTION: the judge asked the jurors if any of them needed 'a red bag' but none did. What the heck is a red bag, does anyone know?
 
had to write the above real quick so abit confusing. but in so many words none of mj prints were found on the bottles or anything else. but alot of unknown prints which i guess the defence could jump on

dan anderson toxicologist.been one for 21 years. hes incharge of a whole unit
 
I don't like it when the witnesses look at the jury, makes me feel uncomfortable, hate to think how the jury feel.
 
Michael and Murray were the only ones in that room that is all that matters

I haven't seen anyone her accuse her of lying. That's what The Defense was trying to imply. Most just weren't impressed with her and thought she could have done a better job, myself included. She should have been better prepared and should have been advised better. I'm sorry, I don't think she was an effective witness for the Prosecution.

Still, Walgren did a good job of cleaning that up.
 
Why is this man explaning himself to the jury? Please answer to the person that asks the questions.

Never heard of it. The only red bag I know of involves medical waste.

I think he said 'read back' to them. But I like TheDangerousFan explanation better :)

She did what she was suppose to do. She collected the drugs, took the photos of the scene, and most of all she confirmed the bodyguards and the MTs' stories. As I said, none of these witnesses stand on their on. They support each other and that's what you need to look at, not just the individual.

he said "do you need it to read back to you?" It wasn't a red bag :)
