Murray Trial - 7 October - Day 9 - Discussion

How was he able to call Michael Amir, but not 911?

He says he didint wanted to call 911 first because that would mean he had to abandon Michael because he wanted to continue with the CPR :S

chernoffs coaching is ridiculous. how staged is all this *sigh* murray says they asked me to sign the death certificate. (the dr denied that in her testimony)

murray didnt want to abandon his paitent to reach in his pocket and dial 911. yet he leaves the room and goes down stairs.??that makes sense

Oh yeah of course, Thanks Elusive. :)

Thanks, thank you.

I jus' hate his lies!!

Poor Michael. :sigh:
Same here. I'm so angry right now. And hearing Murray saying I love Michael Jackson!!

So when you were talking to you're girlfriends that was not abandoning Michael?

why is chernoff adding his bit to Murrays testimony...he should keep quiet....he recommended an autopsy and he didn't want to sign the death certificate...that contradicts Dr Cooper

It seems really, really inappropriate for Murray's lawyer to be leading the testimony. It should be Detective Martinez who's leading it, FFS. Because of what Chernoff is doing, it doesn't even seem like a valid interview - and I wonder if that could create problems?

Says again he tried to wean him off 3 days before leading up to MJs death. Says he wanted to have MJ to sleep naturally... he asks what MJ would do once the tour would be over, MJ tells him he think he can be able to sleep then.

First of all you DO NOT perform CPR if you can feel a pulse! Second, you give Flumazenil (?) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE (within SECONDS!) to reverse the benzos, not after trying CPR, calling security and God-knows-what-else, finally deciding to give it.

And he claims Michael told him other doctors let him inject himself with propofol???!!! Give me a f****** BREAK!!! This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard in my life!:mat::censored:

BS! They would have NEVER asked him to sign the death certificate because MJ was no longer in the care of Murray once he arrived at the hospital, had no hospital privileges and would have not had the authority to sign the certificate; that can only be signed by the attending/treating physician there at UCLA. I think he's lying again.

the dr who testifyed ie copper i beleive it was denied that happened on the stand. she never asked him to sign it as mj was her paitent

T H A N K Y O U!!!! What did it matter no phones in the house worked, HIS CELL DID!!!!

I know. but his explanation is that he didnt call 911 first bcz he didnt wanted to abandon his patient.

worst-excuse-ever

what were the detectives thinking when they believed this asshole everything he said?! Seriously, no critical questions nothing just chernoffs editorial remarks SMDH

How can u withdrawal from any drug after 3 days? That's what he was saying about Propofol and what might have happen to MJ and why he couldn't not sleep after he tried to wean him off it? If ur addicted to a drug and stop u will feel that withdraw quickly within hrs wouldn't u? Not 3 days later!

this murder can tell what he want. and tell stories like he want. there is no evidence for anything about this weird stories.
no proove.

says he cared about MJ, didnt wanted MJ to fail (not cancell rehearsals) ... ughhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!

says again he was trying to wean him off

Sure, however, that fact will also tell the detectives, prosecution and the court something.

yeah it creates problems for murray cause the whole thing is obviously coached and scripted. murray is realing off a script. how many times has the officer actually asked questions

murray reccomends an autopsy. yeah cause its not like they werent gonna bother doing one is it.!!

court over for today

NO court on MONDAY due to holiday... back on tuesday

I bet the Defence are regretting the play of the interview!!

"I tried to wean him off" ... yeah, of course. :8-25-03bomb:

This interview is i n s a n e .

BTW, how could a cardiologist treat someone on a severe sleeping disorder? Why not consult a specialist, Dr. M...? :she_devil:

Something tells me Murray never ever imagined he'd actually be charged with something imo
