Murray Trial- Day 15 -October 21st

shaffer cut the hole in the bag after seeing pics of the other one. tried to make it the same size. shaffer said he was cautious as hes never seen it before wanted to put a bottle in a bag and see if it would work.

chernoff says your only evidence murray put that bottle in the bag was cuase it was found at the scene. yes says shaffer. (well who else put it there murrays prints were found on the bottle)

walgren contacted shaffer and asked him to do a report.walgren gave shaffer lots of reports from the other drs and medics etc before. shaffer read them all. mentions a dr larson?! did u read the report by larson? speak to larson? relied on his report to form your opinion? (what did larson say? sounds like something the defence want to get out there so something negative about mj) no shaffer didnt relay on larsons report i think shaffer said he read larson report after he wrote his report. shaffer wrote his report in april
 
litrally on trial for his life, effing idiot he deserves to get his effing life taken from him, just the same way he took someone else's life!!
 
simulated 100ml of diprivan based on testimony about it being found in a blue bag. chernoff says alberto only ID the bottle after shaffer wrote his report. shaffer says albertos comments were intresting about there been a bottle and milky substance in it. shaffer made the assesment based on albertos statement. ever met alberto or spoken to him. no he hasnt. based your statement on the asumption that alberto was telling the truth. yes says shaffer. you said yesterday you have never seen a diprivan bottle used in that way answer yes. going on about the hanging tab on the bottle. you hung it on the IV pole. u know the hanger on the bottle was never used until walgren opened up? yes. in your testimony yest u didnt tell the jury that murray used the tab correct. i didnt not speak one way or the other. you showed the jury that you thought murray put the bottle in the IV bag.? yes. so in your opinion murray cut the iv bag put the bottle in the IV bag etc and infused. u find that reasonable to assume? yes says shaffer.

chernoff now saying you made extrodinary claims about putting the dip bottle in the IV bag but yesterday you said extrodinary claims require extrodinary evidence. murray is on trial for his life!! objection substained then a side bar
 
"Extraordinary bold statements" made by Shafer, now where did I hear this before?

The problem being the bottle was spike, not a needle mark. We also went through the science of why self-injection was unlikely.

There was a SPIKE. It indicates that a long tubing (IV infusion set) was used. If injections were used, the cap on the Propofol bottle would have one or several tiny needle marks.

Michael´s fingerprints were not on the bottle..

Even if Michael injected himself Shaeffer and all the other expert witnesses have stated Murray is still responsible....plus as the others pointed out there was a spike in the bottle not a needle mark.
 
lmao the judge asking chernoff ''is it really relevant to discuss'' when chernoff is talking about the type of computer and the size of the screen, shafer used for his first wife's paper in 1988
 
u understand its a criminal trial not malpractice? yes he does. you dont charge for testifying. going on about not liking the other dr in the case he mentioned to walgren so shaffer didnt charge for his services. chernoff saying you only testifyed once in 10 years so not charging doesnt make that much diff as u didnt charge cause you didnt like katz. hes been involved in many cases giving expert advice but just testifyed in the one.chernoff was trying to confuse shaffer on whether he testifyed in mal paractice cases or criminal ones

now trying to say white was his teacher. no. he went to stamford and white was a teacher there but he wasnt his teacher.
1988 3 papers shaffer did with lots of diff drs including dr white he did computer programing from that paper.

going through shaffers C.V talking about shaffer and his wife asking white about a residency programe in 1978. cause of that he went to another uni. doing anesthesia after that they went back to stamford in 86. during that time they did research on the paper that was released in 88. b4 86 his wife worked with white he worked with another dr. .

in the 88 paper white created the data was complied for what purpose? to demonstrate continuas infusion provide mathmatical models. shaffer and his wife did the mathamatical models. in 88 was infusion of diprivan not being used? he thinks it wasnt common. mainly used for induction not maintaince.

chernoff is such a creep...this cross is gonna take forever. They are trying to discredit Shafer so that White looks better than him. shafer is definitely a hard one to beat..imo

The words are running out kind off. I hope the jury can feel what he´s about, he´s just plain rude.
 
now onto the graph that u find in the inset in the diprivan bottle. going on about where the numbers on the graph came from.chernoff gets its wrong in saying where the numbers came from. shaffer tells him where they came from.

mid afternoon break. brazil looks like she wants to slap chernoff. talk about hard work and grasping as straws
