From my understanding he call walgren a scambag off the record. The media just happened to hear him. He also supposedly talked about Shafer to someone he didn't know was a reporters.

In either case, what he says or doesn't says to the media means nothing.
 
did he just get called Dr Shaefer again?..was that why he suggested putting nametag on?
 
It doesn't matter how large the dose was, injected by Murray or self injected - propofol levels in blood drops very quickly. So only possible scenario is a drip. Because after someone stops breathing (and that happened here according to coroner report, autopsy and dr. Murray interview) your heart still beat for at least 10 minutes, enough to propofol level drop low.
 
Anyway elusive, you're right about self-injection, but how did Michael self-inject and not put his finger prints on the bottles on the needles? Also if it was that easy to prove self-injection, why did the defense decide that Michael had to eat 8 Lopz pills at the beginning? We may have to wait for the cross to get more detail.

were mjs prints totally discredited. they said they checked off ppl ie murray mj alberto etc. was that on the bottles and syringes. or was it just a case of the prints not been good enough to tell whos they were. i guess they went with the loraz pills cause of the wrong finding and its not believeable he injected diprivan and loraz
 
these questions have nothing to do with what happend on June 25th....Jeez....just ask the important questions so that Walgren can debunk you...

honestly, although I just got back home half an hour ago or so flanagan is already putting me to sleep.
 
has anyone found out why this guy was allowed in the court room before he was due to testify? was he there to try and set Schaffer up.....how convenient that they had a conversation at the court house about propofol lollipops. I'm sure Shaffer isn't that stupid....and he keeps referring to shaffers previous testimony not wanting to "bore the jury" cause they've aleady heard it. Whats going on here?
 
No matter what White says it still doesnt disprove that murray made the drugs available so mj could steal them(if that was the case)
 
OMG I finally caught up reading everything.

Let me get this straight. That doctor was a real jerk who based a lot of his opinion on tabloid info and things about Michael all the way from the 80s? Then his charts are all wrong and Walgren has to correct it in front of the jury? I hope the jury doesn't find him credible.

As for Jermaine, good for him. The guy tried to make Michael look like an addict but admitted based on the records he couldn't say he was. Jane needs to stop comparing herself to Michael.

he was allowed cuz he's an expert, expert witnesses are allowed to hear other experts testifying.

talking about MAC. monitoring care. he created it or helped. minimal sedation instead of deep sedation using dip has a full range from basically nothing to deep sedation.
 
and i'm confused, i thought they dropped the whole propofol injesting as a cause of death theory

The fan is simply saying that even if Michael self-injected it still doesn't excuse Murray. He/She said nothing about believing Michael actually self-injecting.

shaffer created the dosage guidlines based on whites study.

whats off label. its not illegal they are just using a drug for something other than whats in the packaging. if studies have been done but its not been approved by the FDA some drs still do it

is using diprivan for sleep off label? for sleep in an ICU its on label but for this case its off label

now on about the chinese study *yawn* he thinks it was an intresting study. shaffers problems with it were about the soloution not mentioing the infusion rate. critical info was missing. he says that doesnt matter to much as you can get that info off the drs later.hes says its intresting be a shame if it wasnt looked at by any peers at all. papers can get rejected all the time or takes a few times to get it publish. some journals are higher than others. so if one journal wont publish it you can send it to another thats not quite as big.
 
Dr White sounds bitter. He's trying not to sound bitter, but his words speak volumes.
 
levels of dip in mj found. hes read the tox report he knows about the loraz aswell combaining drugs/polypharmacy .

u use more than one drug together its not a bad thing?. no its not aslong as it done properly right amounts etc. giving midaz b4 diprivan is pretty standard

modeling graphs based on murrays statements created by shaffer white says shaffer cant spell plasma walgren objects saying the graph hes refering to wasnt done by shaffer. objection substained.

flanagan cant find shaffers graph wants to use the one he has. walgren says no get the original and so he should after the scam they pulled earlier
 
Flan...just put paper up and White tried to criticise Shaefer not being able to spell plasma...Walgren piped up and stated it wasn't shafer who spelt that...White does sound a bit bitter and looked foolish and petty.

EDIT: God the defence are all over with their exhibits..pathetic...looks like judge has had enough and might be it for today.
