Murray Trial Day 21, October 31st - Discussion

Murray felt his own pulse??? This has got to be one of the best bloopers of this trial.
 
Murray was feeling his own pulse? Are we in fantasy land now? Why in the hell is he risking his reputation on Murray?
 
lol but i agree with that, someone who doesnt know how to do cpr, cant feel pulses too, prob felt his own pulse.
 
any indiction any prob with the heart? no theres not but white says that doesnt mean u couldnt have an heart arythmea (sp) i presume thats an heart attack?? . are you aware murray said there was a pulse and he looked at the pulse oxy and the heart beat was 122. whites trying to make up an excuse so walgrens got murrays statement out. hes quoting murrays statement. do u see murrays quote about the heart beat.? yes he does. so that means there was an heart beat? not sure i agree says white unless i felt a pulse.. so walgren reads out murrays quote about i found a pulse when i checked. that suggests his heart was beating. white says it MIGHT means theres a pulse. maybe he felt his own? walgresn says are u saying murray is wrong are u disputing that? white says sometimes they feel there own pulse. walgren says if there was a pulse it doesnt match up your new theory does it?. would u agree that mj died cause he stopped breathing? i dont see that. there isnt any evidence of either respitory or cardio?? ehh not sure i got that right. walgren gets outs whites report from march and in that white said it was a respitory depression. white makes another excuse. says its one of many theories. walgren says including mj drank it.

i cant believe this arsehole is trying to defend and make excuses. so not only did murray not really feel a pulse the pulse oxy was false aswell!! he should be ashamed of himself

walgren should have asked "so the pulse oxy was wrong aswell?"

wish Walgren would ask White if Michael ate the loraz tablets..WHY didn't Murray see the effects of them?

loraz simulations now u are aware of the stomach contents.? this deals with free loraz right? .006mg was found in the stomach. 0013 where does that figure come from?? dr garbielle came up with it. white doesnt have a clue where the figure comes from. yet he came in and testifyed about it. yet white says even a small amount in the stomach shows oral and the .006 figure is higher than 0013 which supports the defence claim. (did walgren not realise that mess up by pros there)

residule level is a estimate based on what mj might have had b4. white says its more than what shaffer came up with. once again different levels given for loraz in the blood on the graph than whats in the A.R. white says maybe its a typo.walgren says but its not your fault cause u didnt make the graph right? i can ask the dr if u want.

the levels of loraz when mj supposedly self injected would actually be lower than when murray injected mj with 25mg!! according to the defence graph.white agrees. and tries to make an excuse about the graph being variable and its no big deal miniscule
 
when taught to take a pulse you are taught to use your fingers not thumb otherwise you might feel your own pulse. (your thumb has a pulse) so for white's theory to have value...murray would have had to use his thumb to check for a pulse...

And omg did walgren just call him shafer? that should make his ego soar!!!

shaffers simulation about the effect site. wheres the effect site on the defence graph? white says there isnt one. why doesnt it show the effect site? at your request? white says all i wanted was the urine levels i didnt ask her for other details.

brain and plazma levels. based on whites code given to shaffer. do u take any issues with this and its levels? he says the effect site is theoratical and varies depending on the paitent so he doesnt take credence in such info.do u agree the amounts in the effect site are negligent. white says the amounts are irrelvent. the heart is what matters. walgren says this isnt what u said on your march report.

Oh, I keep forgetting that the UK are an hour behind because of the clock change and that's why it all seems to be finishing early. :p
 
I don't understand White or the other guy from last week. It's like they don't care about the facts and don't care what Murray did as long as they get their payment for testimony. They act dumb or talking to Walgen and others like they are dumb. It's very annoying.

Totally agree...and why would she go to all the work, I assume it required at least a modest amount of effort, to make these 'models' if they weren't requested? Maybe white himself didn't request them...maybe the defence did...just like with the beagle study that white did not take part in, 'no, i wasn't responsible...it was flanagan etc.'
Frankly listening to him I'm surprised he's married...seems to have some real issues with committing to things *snort*

Actually, he didn't make that up, that does happen, that doctors feel their own pulse. One, or maybe both, doctors from UCLA testified about that too and that's why they don't just rely on someone feeling the pulse but also check the monitors, etc.

But, of course, Murray didn't have any monitors.
