Check Michael Bush' Facebook. He said that he has been going through the vaults for all things Bad and he mentions an 'announcement' WHOS BAD?!?!?!?!

Can you copy it here what he says about Bad?

Not really a big fan of the whole 3D thing. Especially the one that requires putting on the glasses. I find it kinda overrated tbh and my eyes and head hurt from those stupid glasses.

A 2D release on theaters would be amazing though. I'd go and watch it a bunch of times, like I did with TII.

@Arklove, personally I don't think that IMAX would be that incredible. IMAX is usually used for movies and documentaries with beautiful landscapes. Soo having a close-up of a crowded stadium and of MJ's outfit without being able to see him dancing (because of the exaggerated close-up) would be quite frustrating.

It would be absolutely incredible to see Bad tour in IMAX! THAT would be the ultimate way to experience that tour :wild:

Even if they release BAD tour in 2D, with current 3D TVs you'd be able to watch it in 3D.

I also think it'll be amazing to watch BAD in IMAX. I watched TII in both regular theatre and IMAX several times. I could definitely tell the difference. In IMAX, Michael looked more "real" and I could see everything. I even noticed the cell phone in his pant pocket. The extra few bucks that I paid for the IMAX tickets were worthy.

So, Bumpy you can shut up now.

Hey, that's true too! I never saw TII in IMAX though....We don't have an IMAX theatre in the city I live in....It'd be interesting to see what BAD would be like though ...

When TII was released in October 2009, not that many theatres show the film in IMAX. Lucky for me, there were two theatres around my office with IMAX showings. So, I was able to see it in IMAX several times.

Seeing BAD in movie theatre is going to be an experience. I have never seen Michael live. So, seeing him on big screen is as best as I can get. I saw TII 19 times in theatre. I'm sure I'd see BAD two dozen times.

Seeing BAD in movie theatre is going to be an experience. I have never seen Michael live. So, seeing him on big screen is as best as I can get. I saw TII 19 times in theatre. I'm sure I'd see BAD two dozen times.

BAD on the big screen would be great, IMAX or not...I only saw TII twice in theatres...I'd go much more often to see BAD, though, just cuz it's an actual concert..

Has there been any concert (of any artist) shown in IMAX though?

EDIT: It seems IMAX has shown a U2 concert, with great reviews...

I always thought him recording his heartbeat was pretty neat....He could have used any heartbeat, but it's just more special that it was his ....That was Michael though, everything he did had to be authentic and gives it that extra something

I've sort of half-heard an unfounded rumor that apparently you would have expressed a hesitating thought about reportedly indecisive probable hope of the release of BAD tour on DVD/Blu-Ray.

Is that true?
